It has good customer service but it is under staffed, it's not a deal breaker but it needs more personnel for sure. The building has good parking spaces and the displays for new equipment are nice.

I've tried 5 times to JUST return equipment. Almost an hour and no help. While half the staff is hanging out talking. Rude staff. No initiative by the manager, too busy sipping his coke texting.

To pay for my overpriced cable internet and landline bundle package that began at $120.00 not the $80.00 I was told by thise Facebook promoters for spectrm which doubled in price right after he 2years price lock was over.$220.00 this past month is the last they'll get from me.
