“The service here was absolutely amazing. Vanessa blew my mind with how well she took care of everyone in the store. Vanessa multitasked with several customers at the same time with a very positive attitude and was very genuine with her care. I’ve literally been going out of my way to come to this store only because of the care Vanessa gave me and everyone inside.”

“Their customer service was outstanding! Jake was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different products and services T-Mobile has to offer. He made sure I took advantage of all the available promotions and discounts, which saved me a lot of money. Jake went above and beyond throughout the entire experience and was everything you could ask for in a sales representative. I highly recommend working with him!”

“My wife and I went into the T-Mobile store on McCrae Boulevard in El Paso, Texas today. We were immediately greeted by multiple associates. Victor asked how he could help us. We advised him we were going to Europe and asked about coverage and an eSIM card. He told us we would have unlimited data coverage and would not need an eSIM card. We just needed roaming enabled which he checked. He told us to use Messenger to connect with people back home as opposed to calling as that would be $0.25 per minute. Both of our screen protectors were cracked and he verified we had insurance and the replacements were free. He did a perfect replacement of the new protectors! Victor was very sweet, patient, and explained everything to us. Thank you Victor!!!!”

He was extremely patient, answered all of our questions about phone trade in values and guided us through the T-Life App to be able to give me authorization to complete the phone purchase. He applied the new screen protector, camera shield, very cleanly at that. Happy to be a T-Mobile Customer.”

“Austin made it sooooo easy to switch our service over from Verizon, who we had been with for 15 years! He answered all of our questions, was so patient and respectful, made us feel comfortable and made our decision one of the best we’ve made. He is such a kind and genuine employee, we owe him so much more than a review, especially since we’ve been back a few times to set up WiFi and streaming services and he was also very helpful and informative during both of those visits. I recommend asking for Austin if you’re ever at this T mobile, which was much more welcoming than the Zaragoza one!”

“I was sent to this location from a third-party store because they weren’t able to help me. They also gave me a heads up that the experience at a corporate location might not be the best. Brianah completely changed that expectation. She was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She listened to what I needed, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was taken care of without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. She was professional, but also genuinely kind and easy to work with. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and providing a great experience. I really appreciate Brianah taking the time to help me out. She made what could have been a frustrating situation a really good experience. If you visit this location, I definitely recommend asking for Brianah.”

“I was on a discount for paying $15.00 per month a wonderful discount. Thank you now my bill is $55.00. I was not notified of my increase . I am 75 years old. Retired, under the poverty line. Had to borrow to pay my increase and avoid the over draft with bank. But I enjoyed the service. I have no TV or any other apparatus just my cellphone. I do all on my cellphone 📱. I recommend Spectrum Mobile. The store has no outlets to charge the cellphone.”
