“Updated: They saw my missed call from 9pm then messaged me 15 minutes later and will send a tech out the next day to check the system. I have never had an internet company send a tech so fast. I greatly appreciate their customer service.Original: I have been using Sun Tech for about 3 months. It has always been reliable in the past; however, the last two nights it stops working. It stopped after business hours and then started working again in the morning. I did the normal remedies - unplugged the power for the receiver and waited about a minute then plugged it back in, reset the wireless router it is connected to, ensured the dish is pointed in the right direction. None of it worked. I even connected a hotspot to the wifi router to verify that the router wasn't bad. Evenings is the time to unwind but it's hard to watch your favorite streaming service or surf the internet without a reliable connection. Where is the afterhours support number?”

If he is not in the store I can ask him to call me back and without hesitation he will get back to me 100 % of the time and help with different issues. Juan answered all of my many questions about purchasing a new phone was very patient and thorough. He went over upgrades and other promotions and was able to get us a $10 monthly discount on youtube premium. I will definitely come to this location again for future purchases.”
