“My wife and I went into the T-Mobile store on McCrae Boulevard in El Paso, Texas today. We were immediately greeted by multiple associates. Victor asked how he could help us. We advised him we were going to Europe and asked about coverage and an eSIM card. He told us we would have unlimited data coverage and would not need an eSIM card. We just needed roaming enabled which he checked. He told us to use Messenger to connect with people back home as opposed to calling as that would be $0.25 per minute. Both of our screen protectors were cracked and he verified we had insurance and the replacements were free. He did a perfect replacement of the new protectors! Victor was very sweet, patient, and explained everything to us. Thank you Victor!!!!”
“I had a remote start installed by Lee Trevinio. Customer service was very good. There was some miscomunocation internally but was solved. This happened probably due to who would install such equipment on a 2014 Sonata.”

“I was sent to this location from a third-party store because they weren’t able to help me. They also gave me a heads up that the experience at a corporate location might not be the best.
Brianah completely changed that expectation. She was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She listened to what I needed, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was taken care of without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother.
She was professional, but also genuinely kind and easy to work with. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and providing a great experience.
