“Love this store…shop there too much! :-) However, today while I was in I got a cashier named Aidan. He was a nice guy but his constant use of the word “bossman” with every single question and comment was a bit weird when speaking to customers. He also failed to wrap several ceramic items I purchased. Nice guy but likely needs a little training or coaching”

“We love this Ross. It has so much and great prices. It helps that it’s so close to us. It does get packed and it can get a little disorganized with so many people coming in and moving things but the staff is quick to clean and organize and they are usually very friendly. It can take a minute to wait in line especially when there is only one or two registers open at a time.”
