“I wanted to give a shout-out to Angelina and Chazz, who were working the Amazon returns counter. They were extremely professional, as well as a shining example of customer service, making me feel welcomed and important. Even though I was only doing a return and hadn't even bought anything at this location, they left such an impression on me that I asked how I could do a survey for them. There was no way that I could do a survey on the interaction and how they took care of me and my needs, so I went up to the checkout, taking time out of my day to ensure I could leave a review. There wasn't a way the gentleman at checkout was able to give me a link to a survey or a general receipt to take the survey, and so I was instructed to purchase something. I did because I wasn't going to go on about my day without highlighting the excellent, above-and-beyond service I received from Angelina and Chazz. However, when I went to do the survey, there was no clear path to input my feedback. Even with the URL on the bottom of the receipt, the survey never loaded. That is a problem for me because these two individuals deserve recognition, and your average customer would not go out of their way to do what I did. I still was not able to properly recognize them within the Kohl's enterprise. This is a major flaw for a company so established. I even tried multiple times to deliver positive feedback through your channels.”
“I came to the Irving Texas location at Macy's to ask if they had a certain product on display. They didn't but Nahid in fine jewelry found out that there was none in display. So she looked up through the locations and found me a location that has the product that I can see touch and feel. Thank you Nahid.”
“HUGE selection of very reduced priced stuff. Now, some of the stuff, maybe most of it actually, is probably reduced quality stuff too but there's a lot to look through (if you enjoy shopping, this is a fun place!) and some stuff, regardless of the fact that you have never heard of the brand before, is great. I live probably half an hour's drive from this part of Irving now, but I'd I ever have to go that way for any reason whatsoever, I always ALWAYS make sure I have time to stop at Shoppers World.”
“Another Busy Walmart better selection in merchandise, this one is cleaner than the one on 183. This one is located near some good restaurants and shops all around!!! Just don’t go to that Quick Quack across the street it sucks and it’s very expensive!!!”

“I love my Irving mall. The stores are a little run down and so are the people, but this is my local mall so I end up coming in at least 2x a week. The best part about the mall is the AMC movie theater that has an awesome full bar. Like seriously, they serve liquor, make margaritas, and my favorite make a mean pina colata! The anchor stores used to be Dillars, Burlington, and Sears, but Sears is now closed. There's a GNC, Vitamin World, Trampoline park, and fitness connection all in the mall. Lots of cool, small indy stores too. Tons of weird finds. The mall's not fancy but its a good enough place to go to kill time and people watch when bored. Usually I'll end up spending some money at Los Lupes or the food court. Come find me!”

“Mr Artwood is a great manager and great person. I was having problems with using our new WIC card for my newborn son and he came and corrected his workers mistakes on the charges in a positive way. He even took time out if his busy day to further help me find the correct baby formula that was being covered by WIC (unfortunately Walmart does not accept WIC for baby formulas). Mr Artwood was super busy with his coworkers asking him questions but he still took the time to handle my problems first. Love going to this Walmart with Mr Artwood in charge. Thank you Mr Artwood for your great customer service and friendly neighborhood atmosphere.”
“Not the best Walmart I've been to, but certainly not the worst one either. Above average for Walmart. Staff usually are very helpful and polite. Albeit, every now and then you will get one who isn't as helpful as you'd like... but hardly ever rude (outright).”

Reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because you need to pay careful attention to prices ... some things more then $1 and not marked so you don't know you have been charged more.”

“Great place to come shopping. They have some of the best prices on clothes and designer clothe. The have everything marked down to great prices. You can find everything and anything here. I liked how clean the store was and how organized everything was. It was organized by color and size and everything was put away perfectly so you could find what you are looking for so easy. Just be prepared to spend a lot of money because they have so much to buy at awesome prices.”
