“It’s a motel 6. You get a basic room at a low price and the location is convenient and centrally located. I would not have made a review if we did not encounter an issue that VJ was able to resolve for us. We had gotten the room as we were going to be partying on Saturday. We checked in that evening and pregamed in the room before ubering to the party. During our pregame we got a knock at the door from a confused group of people who said that the room was theirs. I explained that the room was occupied and they went back to the front desk to get a new room. In the early hours of the morning when we returned to the room after our party we found our key no longer worked. VJ explained that our room was never marked as given to us and instead a different room was originally ours. When the group of people came to the front that evening he had deactivated our room key as our names were still on the original room. He was able to sort the issue out and we were able to return to our room. Having spent considerable time figuring this out with VJ we were certainly sober enough to drive and ultimately did not sleep in the room but only since at this point we had no need for a drunken crash-pad and just went home about 20 min away.
VJ, although we did not sleep at your establishment, your commitment to finding our solution in a place where you easily could have stone walled us was very appreciated and the review for your service is 5 stars! The motel is 4 stars rather than 3 because somehow this is the only motel 6 that the pool actually looked good and had people. I would not hesitate to book here again and I hope each employee I work with is just as great as VJ.”

“Ms. Bett is an absolute jewel! She was so friendly, hospitable, and informative from when my family and I first walked in! The staff in general are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and super clean, and breakfast is good as well! Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will be returning soon...thank you (especially Ms. Bett)!”

“Brianna was the most kind helpful person. She was working by herself at the front desk and it was very busy. She managed to keep calm , helpful and polite. She is by far the most outstanding person with a positive attitude that I have ever seen at the front desk. I give her a 100 stars!”

“Great place to stay! Modern rooms, nice common area with a pool table and games. The pool area is beautiful and the bar is inviting. Public wifi. Free parking. Great staff. Our only issue was that our room (223) seemed to be in a dead zone, with spotty cell reception.”
