“This is not a review of the hotel itself, this is specifically for the manager on duty last night, Monday 3/16/26. My dear friend and her family were travelling to STL to get home to her mother who is in her final days. After a hellish day of delays and cancelled flights, they found themselves in DFW for the night until they could catch an early morning flight. My sweet friend was beside herself and then she arrived at the Hyatt to realize she was at the wrong hotel and didn’t have a reservation. What you did to accommodate her and her family was not only amazing but showed that human kindness does still exist. You calmed her, held her, and took care of them for the night until they could fly out in the AM. Who does that? YOU DID! Whoever you are, you are an amazingly beautiful human who restored my faith in humanity. They did arrive safely home to be with her mother. She texted me first thing this morning overwhelmed at the lengths you went to for total strangers. May only great things come your way. Your small act of kindness made a horrible situation just a bit easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so compassionate and loving. Your deed will get paid forward!”

“Each staff member we came in contact with was friendly, professional and always made us feel welcome. The Hampton Inn & Suites should be proud of their employees! Josh and Vanessa provided great recommendations from food to activities and I even got some book recommendations from Josh. Quincy and Kianna were always quick to greet us with a hello and a smile and readily available if we needed anything. From the front desk, housekeeping, shuttle, and breakfast staff- fantastic!

“Definitely recommend staying at Texican Court. The customer service is truly above and beyond. Every staff member goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and satisfied throughout your stay.
My mom especially loved the lotion and shampoo provided in the room. After we checked out, I called the hotel to ask about purchasing them, but they weren’t available on the website. To our surprise, the staff went the extra mile and sent the items to us as a complimentary gift. That level of thoughtfulness really says a lot about how much they care about their guests.”
“Excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt DFW. If you are looking for a hotel inside the airport at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport with true terminal access, this property is hard to beat. Being located directly in Terminal D makes security and gate access incredibly convenient, and the DFW Skylink allows you to reach any terminal in minutes.
The recently renovated rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Warm wood flooring, modern lighting, and a spacious layout make the room feel more like a luxury hotel than an airport property. The bathroom with the freestanding soaking tub and large glass shower was a highlight, and despite being inside the airport the room was exceptionally quiet.
Desiree at the front desk greeted us immediately with a warm smile and offered assistance, which made a great first impression.
For travelers looking for a quiet, renovated room with direct terminal access at DFW, this hotel really sets the standard.”
“The hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The facility was very clean and new in appearance. Room amenities and bathroom were very clean. Like new in appearance. Staff in the coffee shop and restaurant were pleasant and helpful. I attended a conference and the Hotel AV personnel were very accommodating and helpful. Checkout was a breeze.”

“This location was great and conveniently located off the interstate. We checked in late and still had plenty of parking. The breakfast was ok but better on Monday. The free breakfast that was offered was hot eggs, pork sausage with white gravy and biscuits. The Texas shaped waffles were good and the opt for mini waffles were great. We did not utilize the pool.”

The location was perfect for those who enjoy walking around and shopping. There’s a 2 story Barnes & noble right across the street!! Super neat discovery :)
The hotel was clean, the room was very comfortable and spacious, although our room didn’t have a microwave.
The walls are a wee thin, we had families back to back to back during the week and heard the kids and parents every single morning and night, which is unfortunate.
Overall great experience and we will be back!”

“First time staying here for work. Our HQ is in Coppell and this was a convenient spot to stay for proximity to HQ and DFW.
Good sized room with a kitchenette, comfortable bed and good AC.
The two ladies at the front desk were helpful and kind.
I travel with vintage film cameras so I took a few shots of the place in black and white film. Taken with a 1969 Olympus Trip 35 on Kentmere Pan 200 film.

“Let me tell you about my experience here on June 19th 2026. We had all kinds of flight delays so we arrived at this hotel around midnight. An angel by the name of Bianca Johnson was working the front desk and saw my face of exhaustion. Our luggage didn't make it with us so we didn't even have a toothbrush.
Not to worry, Bianca gave us a goody bag with essential items, slippers and robes, and a couple bottles of water too.
She is the epitomy of professionalism and kindness that I rarely see anymore. Keep up the good work Bianca!

“The rooms were comfortable and straightforward, equipped with all the essentials. The location is convenient, being near the airport and various restaurants.
However, the bar staff could benefit from improving their hospitality and awareness when customers are around. Given the bar's small size, it's reasonable to expect prompt attention to patrons. Since service staff often rely on tips, fostering rapport with customers is crucial. A little kindness and attentive service can lead to better gratuities.”

“Great experience at this hotel! I travel for work a lot and this hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are spotless and in great condition. Shout out to Nardo and Carmen at the front desk of the hotel. They offered such great customer service and were very attentive to all of the hotel guests.”
“One of my favorite hotels in the DFW area. If you ever have to spend a night close to the airport, this is your place to go.
Rooms are clean and spacious and they offer a shuttle to the airport.
Only small disappointment: The bar in the lobby is closed on Friday and Saturday.”

“As far as service goes, this hotel has the best staff of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The front desk lady was very friendly and tried to help us save money. The man who brought our bags to our room was also extremely friendly. The valet employee were in a rush to make sure we got our car immediately and quickly helped unload our car without making us feel like we were in a rush. ---- Amazing service. OH! and the shampoo and conditioner was really good. I am very picky about my shampoo, but was just too tired to get my shower products out to use, so I used the hotel. If you get a chance, you should definitely try those products. I am looking into purchasing them.”

“This was one of, if not the most, accommodating hotels I have ever stayed in. The manager helped me adjust my 3rd Party Reservation to save me money, and while the manager was unable to provide me with an EXTREMELY early check-in (which is 100% reasonable) they provided me a room that I could hang out in, conduct business, and wait for my room to be ready. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely be staying here again next time I am back in Arlington, TX.

“We were guests for my wife birthday on New Years Eve week. The staff to real good care of us and the venue was mid to upper tier for Marriott’s standards.
We will definitely come back and stay. We met a lot of nice people there as well. There was a party there mid week. It was cool seeing all the lights coming from the upper floor windows. Looked like a disco, lol.
