“Loved that my boy was so well taken care of! This is one of the few places that you can board your pet cat while you're out of town. I absolutely loved the smooth drop off and pick up process. We got the luxury suite for our boy and he was so happy every time they took him out for cuddles and exploring. We just picked him up today and he was so sweet and happy on the way home. Thank you to the lovely staff at The Casual Cat Cafe especially Ren, LillyAnn, and Erin who sent us lovely postcards updating us on how each day went. Some pictures of my boy from the staff below!”

“Our 11yr old Border Collies suddenly developed allergies. Shopping w/my low vision impairment is very problematic. I called ahead of our visit. Staff was so kind, professional, patient, &answered my many questions. Upon arrival to the store, they recalled our conversation and helped choose an appropriate food. The return policy is great too. They genuinely like their work and care about animals. On the way out, they also brought to our attn a few bulletins from a foster, about 2 younger Border Collies needing homes. We have lived in the area many yrs, and Colleyville's Hollywood Feed now has a new loyal customer!”

“Clean, neat, friendly staff. Stopped in with my dog for a break on a road trip. Smaller than some pet stores I've seen but still had plenty of inventory. Grooming service looks nice and clean and the staff grooming two dogs while we were there seemed gentle and good with the dogs.”

“Great place to wash your pup and buy food and supplies. I take Stella every so often and use the self-wash area. It is always clean, and they offer multiple types of shampoos. There are aprons, towels, and small treats as well in the self-wash area. The staff is very nice and helpful. I also stock up on my cockatiel's food and supplies there. They have great sales and yummy treats (or so Stella tells me.) No guarantee your dog will not lie in a bunch of leaves as soon as she comes back from her bath there.”

They sent us a email with pictures and a report about how our babies were doing. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that is looking for a short or a long stay for their fur babies.”

“Great assortment of fish! The owners were both super helpful and thoughtful. I was looking for a pair of ‘centerpiece fish’ for my community tank. They suggested about 5 different fish types and size reference for full maturity. I lived 5 minutes up the road and have frequented Petsmart and Petco for fish needs. I’ll be shopping here now. The fish I picked up was a pair of Discus. Thanks Again!”
