“I have been going to this location since it was a Citibank location years ago. After acquisitions and mergers, it’s now become Truist. This location has been outstanding in customer service. I highly value that year after year, the folks here remain which is always a great sign. Angel has really helped me and knows who I am the minute I call or walk in. He helped me with international wire transfers to Belgium a few years ago and he was knowledgeable and completed the process as if he did it everyday. Needless to say routine banking issues have always been immediately addressed. Recently I met Carlos who also has been fantastic working in combination with Angel. It almost feels like saying hi to a friend every time I go in. As well, here in San Antonio, the different Truist branches contact each other and when I have had to go to the Fredericksburg Rd. Branch, Laura there has always been great. I truly appreciate the great customer service.”

Kevin Thompson is a true legend here and has been involved with many organizations in leadership roles and gives back. Frost recently held a Chuck wagon breakfast to kick off the Kendall County Fair. It was appreciated and enjoyed by the community. I also think it’s one of nicest buildings in Boerne.”

“I had been shopping for a HOME EQUITY LOAN, which was a bit scary, and had been encountering a number of stumbling blocks with my own credit union because of lack of follow-through and a very confusing application process. Jefferson came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad I I took their advice! Jefferson worked very closely with me, staying in touch with me almost on a daily basis to make sure I had all of the information that we needed. They made the requirements very clear, kept things simple, and gave me an excellent rate. They also used the market value on my home instead of the tax appraisal value, which resulted in a higher loan amount. I loved my loan officer (Matt Wolf), who actually ended up closing on the loan several weeks earlier than anticipated. It was an extremely pleasant experience, and their professionalism and friendliness gave me the confidence that I needed in taking such a serious step. They’ll be my first stop next time!”

“This is a pretty good branch with quality service. Unfortunately, they closed down a few of the other local branches and even after that you have to go to certain ones if you additional services. I would recommend calling for an appointment for anything other than basic services or you could be there awhile. This branch also does foreign currency exchange if you're traveling.”

I’m closer to another PNC Bank but because of her service over the phone I opened my account at the Leon Springs location. When I went in with a very active 4 year old on Memorial weekend, Gloria, Arturo and Savannah were very helpful and understanding. I’ve since been to the one in Helotes as well and they literally opened the door for me when I got there. Really kind and very much appreciated. I had some financial shortcomings but they were very understanding as I opened a new account with PNC.”
