“We had a serious medical emergency situation with our sweet corgi Mochi over the weekend. On Monday morning we took him to Herbst to continue his recouperation. Dr. Jones was so kind and informative regarding his recovery ahead and what our options were. We were called and given updates regularly and I always felt like I knew exactly how Mochi was doing. Thank you to all the staff at Herbst !!!!”
“Last week was tough. It has not been an easy time for my wife and I. We had to put down one of our dogs and I can't thank the entire staff at Boerne Vet Clinic enough. They were all extremely kind, professional and compassionate (down to little comments such as "you can tell he was loved and taken care of very well"). In previous (more routine) visits, I have found the staff and doctors to be very knowledgeable and transparent regarding pricing. We have been to other clinics that felt very pushy in recommending unnecessary and costly services. I would absolutely recommend Boerne Veterinary Clinic to anybody with a pet. “Had an incident where I dropped a medication on my cats head that turned out to be super toxic to cats. I went to 4 different vets and none of them would take walk ins for me. Then I called here. From the start they were so incredibly nice and got me in within an hour. I ended up leaving my kitty there for the day so they could watch over her and she turned out to be just fine. The professionalism and comfort of this place is unmatched. Thank you to everyone who works at this vet for taking care of so many animals. And now this will be my primary vet for sure!”
“We’ve been taking our dog Rosie here for 4 years and have received incredible treatment each and every time we go. From surgeries to vaccinations, each visit has been great. Amazingly our dog actually loves going to the vet! We aren’t particular about what Dr. she sees as they are all wonderful, and we highly recommend this Vetrinary Clinic to everyone we know. “Bailey is an excellent great groomer - so kind and tender with Sam and does a great job with her haircuts. The vet was attentive and clear on instructions for how to care for my dog's underlying allergy skin issues that Bailey discovered once she shaved down my dog's fur. I was thankful that she mentioned those and the vet was available to take a look at Sam before I came to pick her up. The receptionists are always friendly and professional in person and on the phone. Great place!”

“I was referred to Kelsey Smith by a friend for a concern I had with my 10 year old GSP. I cannot say how grateful I was for her depth of knowledge, kindness, bedside manner and honesty. She listened, offered solutions and worked with our timeline. The office staff was friendly, on point and professional with their communication. In what was easily some of the worst moments of my life, Dr. Smith was a bright spot. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone for any reason.”
