“I moved into these apartments 2 weeks ago. I have nothing but good things to say. The outside is always clean and my apartment was near perfect when I got my keys. I had issues with my shower in the master bedroom and it was taken care of within days! These are the best apartments I’ve lived in by far!!”

“I’ve been living here about 2.5 months now and I love it! Their communication is amazing and consistent….maintenance is so awesome and thorough, he goes above and beyond every single time! Trash pick up is reliable as well as pest control!My only inconvenience (which is out of their control) darn crickets but if I could get rid of them permanently I’d be happier!I hope they don’t increase rent much upon renewal because I really wanna stay here !”
“Three months in and loving it. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The staff is absolutely great and very attentive. Much of my interactions have been with Taylor from my very first apt search and the viewing. Taylor is amazing! Great place, great amenities. The only thing I would say is I wish the pool was heated or a jacuzzi. Other than that it’s a great place to live. Shopping centers, restaurants, everything literally is right here in the area.”
“Moved in to Luxia in April 2024 and so far the experience has been sensational. I toured a lot of apartments in the mckinney area and one of the big things that helped me choose Luxia was my experience with the staff. Megan was so helpful and friendly during my initial visit. It helped me and my partner see Luxia as a home. Most of the other apartments in McKinney that we visited were unprofessional and not very helpful. Out of all the apartments we toured Megan at Luxia was the most helpful. She has continued to go above and beyond with any questions or concerns we have had since moving in.”

“So I would like start off by saying this is one of the best apartments we have lived at. The staff is so understanding and go above and beyond to handle your needs. They make special holidays a feast to enjoy like today. We are about to hit our year and I pray we can still remain here. We definitely don't need a shock like we had before this apartment. Thank you for being who you are. Everyone can come see for yourself. It's too good to be true. Oh let me just add its a salt water pool for your bleached hair.Thankful and blessed Margie”
“Apartment manager (Sasha) and maintenance are extremely responsive and respectful. I would give 6 stars to them if I could. It’s another perk of not living in a massive unit. It’s an overall very quiet neighborhood. Great place to live if you want feel a little bit insulated from the “hustle and bustle””

It didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me an apartment, it was as if she truly cared. I’m very happy with these apartments and the management.”
“The Bel Air apartments are great!! Starting with great staff the whole experience is wonderful! They help you find an apartment that is right for you! The maintenance team is very responsive and are good at their trade! Trust me!! These two teams can make or break your experience!! The garage, pool and other amenities are top of the line!! Their location in Downtown Plano is amazing. The stores, restaurants and entertainment is non-stop!”

-1 Moving in, the carpet was still dirty and there were bugs, both dead and alive, everywhere. Rented a carpet washer from Lowe's and cleaned up the carpets and asked for another pest control visit.”

“I respect everyone’s experience however had I listened to most of these reviews I would have missed out on a great community. A change of perspective and a little patience and understanding can go a long way. I recently moved in, I have been here for a week. My apartment was not fully move in ready because they are in the middle of remodeling units and recently post holidays I understand working with vendors and contractors can be a hassle so I was patient through the remainder of the process. Kayce has been nothing short of amazing at providing exceptional service by prioritizing my move in needs and finding a resolution to getting all things handled at an expedited timeframe fully assuring I am being taken care of. Everything has been resolved in matter of less than 24-28hrs. She is AMAZING and so sweet! They do provide a maintenance emergency line which worked phenomenal. Both Mark and Terry have been amazing at resolving all maintenance issues. Lastly Druanne is such a ray of sunshine, extremely empathetic and just an amazing human. The staff so far has welcomed me with so much warmth, kindness and support. looking forward to my journey here.”
