I'm a resident at Parkside at Craig Ranch Apartments and have been truly enjoying being here. The amenities are excellent, community is huge and my apartment is comfortable and well-maintained. Any maintenance complaints are being addressed within a day or two..!!”

“I moved into these apartments 2 weeks ago. I have nothing but good things to say. The outside is always clean and my apartment was near perfect when I got my keys. I had issues with my shower in the master bedroom and it was taken care of within days! These are the best apartments I’ve lived in by far!!”

“So I would like start off by saying this is one of the best apartments we have lived at. The staff is so understanding and go above and beyond to handle your needs. They make special holidays a feast to enjoy like today. We are about to hit our year and I pray we can still remain here. We definitely don't need a shock like we had before this apartment. “Apartment manager (Sasha) and maintenance are extremely responsive and respectful. I would give 6 stars to them if I could. It’s another perk of not living in a massive unit. It’s an overall very quiet neighborhood. Great place to live if you want feel a little bit insulated from the “hustle and bustle””

“I've really enjoyed my experience so far at Legends of Chase Oaks. The apartment is incredibly spacious, quiet, and the view is just beautiful — I could sit by the window all day! Having a garage is such a convenience, and it makes moving in and daily life much easier. Again, I'm very impressed with how quiet it is here. The only downside is that there are no screens on the sliding glass doors, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a very pleasant place to live, and I’m happy with my choice.”

The maintenance team are nice, helpful, and welcoming.
