“Allen Gold and Silver Exchange is the place to do business if you are selling gold. Todd Bales is very knowledgeable and walked me through the valuing process.
I went to a jewelry store and the Diamond and Gold Exchange before going to see Todd. The first offered me half the amount as Todd and told me the price of gold was going down, and I needed to act quickly and take his offer. The Diamond and Gold Exchange offered me about three quarters of the amount Todd gave me.
I am very happy with my experience with Allen Gold and Silver Exchange and Todd Bales and will be doing business with him in the future.”

“Grace is a wealth of knowledge! She is flexible, kind, honest and thorough. I had repairs and some sizing that needed to completed on several items of jewelry and she was very clear and detailed on how she was going to do it, why and how much it would cost. Prices are more than fair and her knowledge of jewelry is worthy of way more. My husband has utilized her from ring sizing, I utilized her for the same and for other repairs. I have a few items I would like to change and she easily walked me through with examples on how to change my wedding set etc.. So grateful to have someone that is honest and kind help with items that are very personal. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!”

“I have been coming to this amazing shop/store for years. I have had all kinds of my watches fixed if needed. Even bought one from them. I have gotten belt buckles, jewelry and etc. This shop is not like any other place. You can spend hours in there looking at all the different things they have to sell. You want to buy a gift for someone. I promise you will find something unique, beautiful, vintage, amazing quality. You will be in just aww.. as you look at everything. They are so very knowledgeable about everything in this place. Plus the price I believe is extremely reasonable and fair.

“A Friend of Nan's had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesn't work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldn't do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldn't believe it. I just can't say enough about this lady and her business.”
