“My first time there and it was such a great experience! Not only do they carry literally everything, but also the two guys working there went to great lengths to make sure I had what I needed, and even suggested a less-expensive but equal alternative product. Saved me almost 50% of the price. And I was only buying 1 aerosol can. I will absolutely be back, for sure!”

“Was here twice in the last 2 days to take advantage of the April 30% off sale and purchased 10 gallons of their Emerald paint for a home re-paint. Sherwin-Willams paint is far better than what you get in a big box store. The best part of the experience is the Employees at this store who are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.”

“Stopped in because I was repainting my guest room and had no clue which finish to get. The employee explained the difference without making it confusing and matched my old wall color almost perfectly. Got everything done in one coat. Super happy with how it turned out.”

“Why not a 5 star! Well I got there 30 minutes before they close so I would understand if they cannot do a job that fast but I was there to ask a question and I had my drawer to color match so one of their employees kind of rudely told me we’ll do it tomorrow so leave your stuff here and we will contact you when it’s done. So I was so happy that I can color match it and come back tomorrow. Next day I get a call to come to store to find out that they cannot color match. I only give 4 stars because the manager was super polite and friendly calling 2-3 places to find me a color coat.”

“I love this store! I won’t shop anywhere else! The guys are not only very patient and helpful, but very knowledgeable. When I first started renovating, I went to SW bc I have a friend that used to work there and he had a discount. I happened to go into Benjamin Moore off 15th to ask some questions and this store is hands down the best ever with their customer service, their products, and their prices!”

“Today we stopped by the store desperately needing the perfect stain match for our project, as we had tried a few places with no luck. Both of the associates at this store were professional and attentive. Adam helped us with create the perfect stain and gave fantastic service. He was able to color match a laminate piece of flooring to our sample wood that was a different material and had them looking the same! We ended up with exactly what we were looking for and appreciate the help that we received! Thank you! You will be front of mind of any future projects and recommendations that we make.”

“Jessie went above & beyond to help me this morning! 5 stars for customer service! The paint/paint can I brought in this morning was old & had been discontinued. He called in to a supervisor to retrieve the “old” formula. After he did that, he offered to try to shake/revitalize my can (which was pretty full). Thankfully, the paint was resurrected! Jessie poured it into a new can (because the old can was rusting out) with the formula on a new label. I asked about the fee for the new can & Jessie said there was no fee! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jessie was helpful, personable & patient!”

“After recently moving to the Dallas area, we have been in this SW location multiple times. I have worked with Abby more than once, and she is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and provides great service to help with all my questions along the way. Seems to be an exceptional employee to have! The location is clean and well stocked as well. Both Abby and other employees I have worked with will always offer to help bring my 5 gallon paint buckets into the store.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Marianna and Grissel yesterday. They were such a delight to work with. Very patient and enjoyable to interact with. It was not a problem to stay after hours to fulfil my order for a job the next morning. Always a great location to give your business to.”
