“Everything almost went great, but it was still a 8 out of 10. Went to get two iPhone 15 plus's, but since the trade in wasn't in good condition and we were still paying it off we couldn't get the second one. We thought there was an option where we could've just added the remaining balance of what we owed from our old iPhone towards the new one but we couldn't. Overall the manager did tell us the best option so it wasn't a bad visit, just an unexpected outcome. Still 8 out of 10 because of the manager, fast service, and everything else.”
