I needed to pick up a certified letter for my disabled sister and fill out a forward mail address change for a sister that recently passed away. I needed to make two visits and Monica assisted me both visits. She was very kind and helpful and offered her condolences for the passing of my sister. Great customer service from Monica. I really appreciated it!”

I think some customers get angry and leave bad reviews about things the staff has no control over, like lost packages in foreign countries, etc. I’ve never had anything but good experiences at EaglePostal Center!”

After my *awful* experience at the Macarthur office again today because Royal Lane was closed at 9:30am on a Saturday, I will now drive out of my way every single time to come to Royal Lane USPS even if it means eaiting in the parking lot until they open. 10/10 would recommend x1000.”

“First time going to this PO, but I was in the area and was happy to find this one. First, the parking lot is huge and easy to maneuver around. It was so nice after dealing with the parking at my local PO. Secondly, the inside was big, and everything seemed to be in working order. Another plus that I'm not accustomed to! And, the final plus, the workers were friendly and efficient. I really wish this post office was in my neighborhood.”

“Known mainly to locals because it has no outdoor signs. It's a standard post office with courteous staff. The office has no exterior signs so it can be confusing to locate. It is located in the back of the building next to Chico's. You can enter in from the front between FlowerChild and Chico's or you can enter in from the back parking lot.”

Most recently, I had to come in for a change of address after a family member passed away, and he was so lovely, positive, and welcoming. He made a stressful situation so much easier to get through. If you ever have the chance to interact with Randal at this location, you’ll see what a class act he is. Post offices need more people like him.”

“the two ladies that helped me were attentive and knowledgeable in sending an international package. the first one helped me pick the right box and gave me customs forms to fill out and guided me through the process very nicely while still taking care of other customers. i also noticed someone next to me upset about some int postage stamps being out of stock but the employee easily gave a solution! super efficient for a post office even on a friday afternoon”

Once I found it though, it was a piece of cake to get in, pick up my package, and be on my way. The staff were very friendly and professional. They even loaned me a cart to get my package to my car.”

“Go early, to the one on Storey at Walnut Hill! The pleasant young lady behind the counter took care of a complicated request with courtesy and grace, in a few minutes. She gets a 5 of 5 perfect score!! Do NOT choose the one on Irving Boulevard. Postal staff quite distracted and bewildered at that particular location. Irving Boulevard site gets a 0 out of 5 for wasting my time and tax dollars. Pull up on that poor customer service, y'all certainly letting Uncle Sam down.”

“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”
