“Should have posted this earlier but a few months ago I was new to shipping items. Ms Alex helped me figure out the process and made me feel comfortable in my shipping of packages.”
“I receive mail here, packages here, and send packages here. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Luisa and Paola are always friendly. I enjoy the staff much more than the employees before them! I think some customers get angry and leave bad reviews about things the staff has no control over, like lost packages in foreign countries, etc. I’ve never had anything but good experiences at EaglePostal Center!”
“This local, family-owned business is so wonderful! The way they pack a box for shipment cannot be matched. We love them. Do not miss the pickles, salsas, butters, nut mixes and gifts! Everything is done by them in Plano!”
“I I would like to thank the Ebelezer employee at USPS Irving for his service and courtesy today. He was a very kind professional and quickly resolved my issue with exchanging my MoneyNext order! We need more professional people like him in our lives and communities! Congratulations on delighting the customer.”
“I have used this post office for over 20 years. Mind you I love 2 min away from the post office off of Trinity Mills. 6 years ago I started a small business and I then had to use the post office in the regular.
When ever I go to this location I am greeted with a smile. They are always very helpful with the best cost option for what and where I am shipping. I never have issues at all.
I went in this past Saturday (today is Monday). I had shipped to Hawaii and to Arizona. I did priority 3 day for Hawaii and ground 3 day for Arizona. Both shipments got to them TODAY!!!!!! Thank you Addison USPS!!!!!!”
“Very polite and efficient employee and easy purchase of my specific requested stamps on a Saturday at 2:45 pm (this was the only USPS shop open around).
There was a long line with one worker, but it went fairly quickly. Note: there are several signs inside, but they ask that you have your item packaged and ready to ship when you arrive at the counter.
Parking lot is one way; turn before Gemini and before you see the post office sign. Otherwise you have to park in the side lot and walk further.”
“So they close for lunch for an hour. This made the employee working in such a great mood! I came back and there was a really long line but the handsome man working cleared the line before I knew it! Good job Sir cuz there was like 10 people in line and I was there maybe 5 minutes total. And you stayed in a great mood! I sure hope your manager knows what a great employee you are Sir! I'm so glad I moved down the street and this will be my new post place?”
“I went here to get my wedding invitations hand canceled and mailed. I felt like a burden with so many invitations, but David was happy to help. Invitations came 2 days later and even had a cute love birds stamp! Great experience. No wait. David was wonderful!”
“it's like a time portal back to the good part of 1975- tucked next to a antique store, watch repair place and behind a wall of PO Boxes is a counter with three of the friendliest folks you could meet- they can take care of any postal, shipping or Notary needs- Super efficient, fun and with no agenda or grievances in site- Skip the FEDEX and come here”
“There is no reason that this location does not have a five star review. I come into This location, multiple times a week mailing my packages and every single time I have been greeted with a smile and amazing customer service from Mr. Warren, Adrienne, Helena. And I have truly enjoyed coming here. They make shipping packages for my very busy business super easy not to mention I have never had a package go missing or an issue with any of my packages. I’m truly in shock that this location does not have five star review. However, I do want to take a moment to say thank you so much to the staff for always giving me the best service and handling my packages with care. Your effort does not go unnoticed. You all truly work fast, deliberately, and with a smile on your face every single time. Thank you so much for all that you do! Love, MOODY.”
“It was a Friday afternoon about 3 weeks ago. Not that many people waiting and only 2 or 3 USPS staff helping people. I just had to get an envelope and had to mail something locally in Dallas. At my turn, the lady handed me a prepaid envelope and even advised me to not write my (From) address too big in the back, rather very small on top of where I had written my (To) address. This too avoid the delivery machine scanning and having it accidentally marked back to me for delivery, instead of the actual address.
She also didn't had cash with her but in this day and age, I didn't mind at all paying my $0.88 through credit card. Our exchange was very cordial and the staff was very polite.
Entering and leaving the post office, it just reminds you of the glory days when post office had a critical role in our lives. There's a huge area with lot of mailboxes, which was empty and bore deserted looks. I wonder if people still use mailboxes as they used to at one point in time.
All in all the experience was good and I was done with really quickly.”
“I just want to say, this is the nicest post office I have been to in Dallas. It was clean and best of all the customer service was excellent. The reps were smiling, answered my questions and they were so nice. Great customer service goes a long way and I must say they were the best.”
““I had an excellent experience with Ms. Kalosha at the postal service. She was very kind and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Her customer service was exceptional, demonstrating professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. Without a doubt, a great example of quality service.”
“Known mainly to locals because it has no outdoor signs. It's a standard post office with courteous staff. The office has no exterior signs so it can be confusing to locate. It is located in the back of the building next to Chico's. You can enter in from the front between FlowerChild and Chico's or you can enter in from the back parking lot.”
“I know that the post office might not be everyone’s favorite place. But, I went there today to make a package to a family member. The person behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. We even laughed and joked. She thanked me for putting tape on my envelope.
I will definitely go back to ship more things.”

“I always have a great experience here! The ladies who work at this USPS store are consistently kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Always with a big smile. Thank you”
“I was able to pick up a flat rate envelope, address it, and ship it within 10 minutes.
There were 2 employees working and a line of about 4 customers waiting at 10am on a Tuesday.
Staff was professional and friendly enough for my liking.”

“First time going to this PO, but I was in the area and was happy to find this one. First, the parking lot is huge and easy to maneuver around. It was so nice after dealing with the parking at my local PO. Secondly, the inside was big, and everything seemed to be in working order. Another plus that I'm not accustomed to! And, the final plus, the workers were friendly and efficient. I really wish this post office was in my neighborhood.”
“Diane is the sweetheart. She helped me with my certified mail request. She was extremely kind and helpful. I’m extremely grateful to her for guiding me this morning :-)”
“Today I was there to send a parcle.
The man who served me was very nice, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, I apprecited their completely professional yet friendly behavior. Unfortunatly I forgot to ask his name but I specificly would like to thank his courteous behavior.
To me they deserve 7 stars, 5 is too low.”
“I frequent this post office and it can either be really busy or no one there. The staff is helpful, attentive and nice. Lots of parking, self service center, PO Boxes, Passports, and usualy its an easy in and out experience”
“I’ll let I’ll wish a little secret for this post office. They have the best greeting cards of anywhere I’ve ever seen better than any grocery store better than any Hallmark store store better than anywhere like I came in here one time to change my address and I ended up walking out with like six different cards and was it anyone’s birthday coming up no but did I absolutely have to have them yes so yeah just a little secret for you guys if you’re tired of looking at the same old greeting cards”
“Alice Tran is very supportive. The black lady on the left counter is pretty new and she wanted to charge me $7 for an empty plastic bag even when I already have the QR code for the return service. Alice was too busy but she helped to explain that lady and helped me to make the transaction very smooth. 5 stars for Alice Tran.”

“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”

“Just dropped off a couple of Christmas packages and the staff was so helpful and friendly despite the crowds. If you are coming here from Greenville, you have to go past the train tracks and turn around to get into the public parking lot.”
“Had such a good experience at the post office today! I was mailing something fragile and Jacquala helped me out and went the extra mile! This will be my new go to office!”
“Karsan and the team at this location have always been kind, patient, and helpful every time I’ve come in. Yes, service can be slow, yes, there are usually only a few employees, and many customers have time-consuming issues...but I’d much rather they take the time with each customer to do things correctly than rush through important transactions, where details can fall through.
What’s disappointing is seeing customers take their frustration out on the staff and speak to them in such nasty ways. Staffing shortages, delays, mail delivery errors and system issues are (most of the time) not the fault of the people at the counter. I’ve personally seen them handle long lines while still treating each person with care and respect.
The first few times I had to send certified mail, they walked me through the process step-by-step without making me feel rushed or an annoyance, and even while taking the time to help me, they still were were helping people in line as I stood aside and filled out info. That level of patience goes a long way.
It’s okay to be frustrated with wait times! Your feelings are valid, but it’s not okay to take it out on employees who are simply doing their jobs and trying to support themselves/their families. They deserve patience and respect. Go write a letter instead of being rude to them :(”
“Story Time: Boom! I had to go to the post office to see if my package was there because annoyingly, the vendor I ordered from kept forgetting to put my apt number on the package even tho, I updated the information when they initially asked before shipment and in a follow up email. Anyway, I stand in the line, which was moving pretty fast (after 4pm). I finally got to the counter and asked the lady if they had my package because of the incomplete info. She was not rude at all to me and said that they may have sent it back to the sender. I told her that the update said they will deliver once the info was updated and it’s just missing my apt.#, so she asked me to see if the Supervisor can check. I spoke with Supervisor Stacia and she asked for my information and eventually found that the courier had my package with them. She told me she would call me back later in the day to keep me updated - and she did exactly that!! She told me that she would leave a note for the courier for the next day to add my apt. # to my package. The next day she followed up again and verified my package would be delivered. I was super grateful! When I got home, guess what was in my mailbox . . . my ppaaaackkageee! Aayyeee!!! I had been waiting on this package to be delivered since Christmas. The vendor messed up twice and this was the 3rd time attempting for delivery after being sent back! Tune in on the next episode to see if they got my costume order correct *side eye*
Woosah! Moving right along: back to Stacia. The customer service was great. Even before helping me, while I was in line, she was helping with the other customers that were dropping off packages and getting people out of the line if they didn’t need to be.
I don’t go to the post office often and if I do it’s to have a package shipped. Either way, I have never been treated with an above and beyond service like this AND from a post office! I for sure don’t leave reviews unless my flabbers are gasted and as you can see, the gast did flabber. Iykyk lol!
Real customer service is hard to come by, especially going the extra mile to help a customer and you truly don’t have to but want to!
You are ALL appreciated!!”
