“Known mainly to locals because it has no outdoor signs. It's a standard post office with courteous staff. The office has no exterior signs so it can be confusing to locate. It is located in the back of the building next to Chico's. You can enter in from the front between FlowerChild and Chico's or you can enter in from the back parking lot.”

“First time going to this PO, but I was in the area and was happy to find this one. First, the parking lot is huge and easy to maneuver around. It was so nice after dealing with the parking at my local PO. Secondly, the inside was big, and everything seemed to be in working order. Another plus that I'm not accustomed to! And, the final plus, the workers were friendly and efficient. I really wish this post office was in my neighborhood.”

“I know that the post office might not be everyone’s favorite place. But, I went there today to make a package to a family member. The person behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. We even laughed and joked. She thanked me for putting tape on my envelope.
I will definitely go back to ship more things.”

Do NOT choose the one on Irving Boulevard. Postal staff quite distracted and bewildered at that particular location. Irving Boulevard site gets a 0 out of 5 for wasting my time and tax dollars. Pull up on that poor customer service, y'all certainly letting Uncle Sam down.”

I needed to pick up a certified letter for my disabled sister and fill out a forward mail address change for a sister that recently passed away. I needed to make two visits and Monica assisted me both visits. She was very kind and helpful and offered her condolences for the passing of my sister. Great customer service from Monica. “This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”

“Karsan and the team at this location have always been kind, patient, and helpful every time I’ve come in. Yes, service can be slow, yes, there are usually only a few employees, and many customers have time-consuming issues...but I’d much rather they take the time with each customer to do things correctly than rush through important transactions, where details can fall through.
What’s disappointing is seeing customers take their frustration out on the staff and speak to them in such nasty ways. Staffing shortages, delays, mail delivery errors and system issues are (most of the time) not the fault of the people at the counter. I’ve personally seen them handle long lines while still treating each person with care and respect.
The first few times I had to send certified mail, they walked me through the process step-by-step without making me feel rushed or an annoyance, and even while taking the time to help me, they still were were helping people in line as I stood aside and filled out info. That level of patience goes a long way.
It’s okay to be frustrated with wait times! Your feelings are valid, but it’s not okay to take it out on employees who are simply doing their jobs and trying to support themselves/their families. They deserve patience and respect. Go write a letter instead of being rude to them :(”

“I don’t come to this Carrollton post office often since it’s not the closest one to me, but on the rare occasions I do, I’ve had the pleasure of Randal assisting me. Most recently, I had to come in for a change of address after a family member passed away, and he was so lovely, positive, and welcoming. He made a stressful situation so much easier to get through.
If you ever have the chance to interact with Randal at this location, you’ll see what a class act he is. Post offices need more people like him.”
