“I came to this place wanting to start an exposed copper shower project. I had no clue what to get at first but Tony and Rusty immediately began assisting me. Both of them gave me tips, ideas and were genuinely as intrigued with the project as I. After telling them that I had never soldered copper pipe before, they gave me advice on how to do that as well. Every question I had, was answered. Service was quick and the experience was super pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this small shop. Definitely will be returning if I have another project. Accessibility to the pumps is good and the price per gallon was much lower than the surrounding gas stations, which I was thrilled to find that out. I was a little bit frustrated with some pumps that seem to be non operational and we're not flagged when you pull up. Therefore, you waste your time and energy getting out and then back into the car to have to move to another pump. Fortunately it wasn't bad weather.”

“am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Sam’s Club location on Lower Greenville. The store manager, whose name I believe was Chrissy (or Christy), was one of the most rude and dismissive managers I have encountered.
I was attempting to explain a delivery issue involving two separate customers and their orders, but before I could fully explain the situation, she made it clear that she was not interested in listening. Rather than taking a few moments to understand what had happened, she interrupted, dismissed my concerns, and made a decision without having all of the facts.
Because of her actions, my family lost money on the order, and I was prevented from completing the delivery for the customers. The entire situation could have been resolved with basic communication and a willingness to listen.
What was most frustrating was not the issue itself, but the complete lack of professionalism and respect. A manager’s job is to de-escalate situations, listen to concerns, and help find solutions. Instead, I was treated as though my explanation did not matter.
I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. If this is the standard of customer service being provided by management at this location, then Sam’s Club has a serious problem. I expect much better from a company of this size and reputation.
I would strongly encourage corporate leadership to review how customers and delivery drivers are being treated at this store, because my experience was completely unacceptable.

This matter has been fully resolved and was addressed by Farah the Store Manager who is absolutely Amazing in every aspect!!!!

“This is the place to go if you want to stock up on your food supply. The prices are absolutely affordable. I bought a whole box of oxtail for, which were 30 of the whole tail in each box for $53.00. I cut up one whole tail that made a pot for 3 servings. I also purchased a box of eggs with 4 dozen for $22.00. This place is for restaurants, but is also open to the public. This will be my place to shop for now on.”
