I recently took my two pets, Bizquits and Pepper, to Petco for their grooming appointment, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service they received.
From the moment we walked in, the entire grooming staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. They handled both Bizquits and Pepper with such obvious care and patience, making what can sometimes be a stressful experience completely smooth.
They both came out looking and smelling absolutely fantastic! Pepper’s coat was perfectly trimmed and styled, and Bizquits, who can sometimes be a little nervous, was visibly relaxed and happy.
This was easily the best grooming experience we’ve had. Thank you, Petco Grooming, for treating my furry family members so wonderfully and providing such high-quality results! We will definitely be back.

The Shot Spot
1827 W Louisiana St, McKinneyOn our hardest day as pet parents, they were so kind and patient. We came home to find our dog Pepper unable to stand. I called ahead, explained the situation, and they were able to see her. After hours on a Friday, we said goodbye to a member of our family that was with us for over 10 years. The staff took care of us: our dog, myself, my husband, and our daughters (3 and 5 years old). We were all able to say goodbye, and make an end of life plan that was the most humane for the whole family.
We had never been here before, and when I saw the state our oldest dog was in, I immediately looked for the closest pet hospital that was open and called ahead. I really cannot say enough about the wonderful staff for their honesty and compassion. They spent time and made this hard decision as manageable as they could, and we had just met them.

Zoom Room Dog Training
3180 Eldorado Pkwy STE 300, McKinneyWhen we first started at Zoom Room, I was a little hesitant. I knew the investment would be worth it, but with a shelter rescue pup, my confidence in the ability to help her develop wasn't quite there.
With the guidance of the trainers, my husband and I have learned how to effectively communicate with our dog so she can thrive. What started with obedience classes. That turned into trying small breed play group, which turned into pup-lates, which turned into reserving space for her to have open gym, which will eventually turn into us trying more of the classes offered (e.g., agility, scent, etc.). Watching our dog's confidence grow ahs been life-changing.
We even gave the Halloween event a try this year. I'm not sure who had more fun...the humans or the dogs...but it was a wonderful event filled with support of each member there and gentle guidance from each instructor present.
Having had three dogs pass away last year, being at Zoom Room with our newest fur baby has been the healing we didn't know we needed.
Ms. Wendy, Ms. Laura, and Ms. Madison have become household names. Roxy knows when she's going to Zoom Room. She gets so excited in the parking lot and upon entering the space. Knowing there's a place where the staff loves and cares for your pets as much as you do makes the experience of each class that much more special.

I have used this place twice now and absolutely love them. They started out with a call to go over my questions and crazy worries. Then followed up with an in home visit to meet my dogs. That's when I met Marilyn. She was so great I actually thought she was the owner because of the pride and care she took of this place, I was definitely wowed! She is definitely a gem! Then Kayla, Mandy, and sweet Taylor came in to play. These ladies are so unbelievable! They didn't just send me a message saying they stopped by, I got detailed messages of how everything went including how they interacted that wasn't just a generic message at all. My favorite part is that they also sent a bunch of pictures and videos each time and my dogs looked so crazy happy, every my rescue dog! I loved the videos!! I work from home with my pups on my lap and I am with them constantly so I had extreme separation anxiety, but they made it so much easier. I really don't think I've ever been as impressed with a company as much as this one. From start to finish, I truly was impressed, thank you all so much!

My two poodle mix dogs require a lot of care with their coats and having just moved to the area we needed a new groomer and found PetSuites. They did a phenomenal job, even took pictures of the dogs to share with me, and they looked amazing, smelled wonderful, and were happy! You can’t ask for better, especially because one of my dogs can get anxious and has caused other groomers to have to stop the process and try again the next day to finish. We didn’t hear any issues from our wonderful groomer and I think that says a lot about the kindness and care of the groomer! Safe to say we’ve found out go-to groomer and will be coming back for our next salon day!

We killed the first order of 4 then got up to order 4 more. And the way it's not greasy or to hard, the dough & chicken is cooked to perfection. And then the sauce was also good. I highly recommend trying him out!! He is in McKinney, Tx at the flea market so be sure to slow down so you won't miss the food truck!!

The pad see eew has the perfect combination of meat and vegetable and has the perfect amount of soy sauce flavor. The roti curry is perfectly creamy and the roti that comes with it is not overly buttery/oily which is a plus. Their spice levels are not too spicy in my opinion, my husband and I usually get a 4/5 and it’s great.

Fond Memories Pet Cremation Services - McKinney TX
511 New Hope Rd W, McKinneyLosing a beloved companion is devastating, but the compassion we found here—specifically from Kendall—was a light in the dark. After a soul-crushing and traumatic experience at the ER, Kendall handled every detail of our dog’s care with such grace and dignity. (I am sure there are many others in the background there that helped but, I didn't get their names--thank you all!)
She went above and beyond to help us transition to a private cremation so we could bring our sweet Chihuahua’s ashes and clay paw print home. Most importantly, she arranged a private viewing for us to say our final goodbyes. Seeing him set up so peacefully in the viewing room provided me and my husband with a beautiful last memory that we will cherish forever.
I cannot say enough about the kindness shown to us during our grief. Thank you for treating our boy with such respect and for providing the peace we so desperately needed.
