We are settled on Mutt Puddle, because they stand out above the rest we have been to. They listen to instructions, and honestly our maltipoo loves going to see the owner there, who personally grooms her. Keep In mind, our maltipoo barks at strangers, not anyone at Mutt Puddle though! Maybe dogs can really sense ….! Anyways, bring your dog here, and you absolutely won’t regret it. I am real customer, just sharing an honest review.

About two years ago, we moved 45 minutes away and tried several groomers closer to home, but nothing compared to Legacy Grooming. They are absolutely worth the drive!
Our dog always comes home looking great, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about every pet they care for. They've helped us through our dog's varied health needs--- from minor infections and illnesses to more serious ones. Most recently, our dog was diagnosed with diabetes, which was very daunting for us. But both Dr. Reno and Dr. Pena, along with their excellent staff, equipped us with the knowledge and skills needed to learn his new medical routine so he can continue to thrive at home. We've asked many questions, and they are patient to answer every one, to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and to help an overwhelming situation seem very manageable. We also have used their boarding services several times, and they are excellent as well. Our dog is an important member of our family, and we are extremely grateful for the loving and knowledgeable care that he continues to receive from Virginia Parkway Pet Hospital. They gave daily updates with pictures to ease my stress. There are even cameras in the kennel to both see and talk to all of my babies! The lovely kennel attendant even hand fed my more shy dog to make sure he was eating. Would board my babies here again. Very friendly to owners and caring for the animals. A++

I have used this place twice now and absolutely love them. They started out with a call to go over my questions and crazy worries. Then followed up with an in home visit to meet my dogs. That's when I met Marilyn. She was so great I actually thought she was the owner because of the pride and care she took of this place, I was definitely wowed! She is definitely a gem! Then Kayla, Mandy, and sweet Taylor came in to play. These ladies are so unbelievable! They didn't just send me a message saying they stopped by, I got detailed messages of how everything went including how they interacted that wasn't just a generic message at all. My favorite part is that they also sent a bunch of pictures and videos each time and my dogs looked so crazy happy, every my rescue dog! I loved the videos!! I work from home with my pups on my lap and I am with them constantly so I had extreme separation anxiety, but they made it so much easier. I really don't think I've ever been as impressed with a company as much as this one. From start to finish, I truly was impressed, thank you all so much!

Carl is a 6-year-old dog who spent most of his life in a shelter, so we had some reservations about how he would adjust to daycare and being around other dogs. The staff completely understood our concerns, and it has been amazing to watch him FLOURISH. Being able to check on him through the webcams and see him adjusting, socializing, and becoming more comfortable has given us so much confidence in his social skills outside of daycare, too.
He comes home, eats dinner, and is so worn out that he immediately takes a long nap complete with BIG snores. 😂 He is always excited to walk into daycare, and I never have to convince him to go inside—which says a lot!
One of my favorite things is how quickly the staff got to know him. They knew Carl by name literally by day two and are always able to give us specific, relevant updates about how he is doing and who he is socializing with. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing that while we're at work, he's being well cared for, having fun, and getting all his wiggles out.
We've already recommended them to a friend with a new puppy, who will be starting once she's old enough. We couldn't be happier with how well Carl has adjusted! ❤🐾

Fond Memories Pet Cremation Services - McKinney TX

JoAnna was very kind, down to earth, and helped quell many of my initial fears regarding private cremation and displayed care and consideration alongside great professionalism. I was very nervous going in, but talking with her put me at ease. No question was too much and she allowed us enough time to discuss any concerns I had and offered answers and solutions with transparency. She also went the extra mile to ensure the safe delivery of additional items added to my order after cremation. Such a big help as we live a little ways away. She made everything much easier.
Kendall has been an excellent communicator all throughout. She has been so thoughtful and displayed great emotional intelligence in some really tough moments for us. She's probably answered dozens of questions via calls in the days leading up to cremation and after. She was incredibly kind and treated my pup as if she was her own with love and grace. She also facilitated the witnessing, prints and made adjustments to other items and tasks as needed and made sure I knew where my pup was during the entire process from clinic to pickup. There was a ton on her plate but she handled everything in such an expeditious manner and made everything so much easier for us.
Both staff members J and T (I will spare their names as I'm unsure if they wish to be included in the review) who handled the actual physical cremation did an exceptional job and handled her with dignity and maintained good practice. They were very patient and accommodating. I have no doubt at all I recieved my sweet girl back. They went above and beyond to ensure that. I have no doubt. Very respectful guys.
Her witnessing couldn't have been better. She looked more beautiful than the day she left us. She was clean, brushed, nails clipped, and her body was positioned as if our little lady was snoozing away. Kendall and the team did a fantastic job preparing her and allowing us time to grieve and love on her. We were never rushed or made to feel rushed. We got to say goodbye at our own pace.
The general location was well managed, clean, orderly and their tracking systems are top of the line and the folks who work here treat it as a labor of love. They truly care. Genuinely good people.
You can trust that the pet you recieve back is 100% yours. If you have any semblance of anxiety or struggle to have faith in others this is the location you can absolutely depend on.
