1108 N Greenville Ave #101, AllenMy dog has had some bad experiences with groomers, but she’s just too big for us to handle with a one-year-old to do grooming ourselves, so I took a chance on this place because they had done well with just trimming her nails before making sure they were neatly trimmed without cutting too short and rounded out. I decided to get their full service this time and they were absolutely wonderful! She is naturally anxious, but they spent a little time petting her and trying to help calm her while I filled out paperwork before her appointment. They said she did a wonderful job and didn’t have any problems. That made me so happy to hear because other groomers always told me her anxiety caused issues. Finally they were so expedient in service taking under 1.5 hours for her full bath, nail trim, and deep shedding where other groomers before would take 3-4 hours. 100% happy with the service and pricing and 100% planning to return!

She said we could bring our 2nd dog in last minute and she'd dip him for fleas and groom him too. They looked so good & helped us out in a pinch. We so appreciated her being so understanding.

My husband and I rescued two GS puppies from the same litter and unfortunately, the male pup, our beloved Sarge, was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of one. During our first meeting with Dr. Norton, the staff noticed Sarge was struggling with the confinement of an exam room so they immediately moved us to the livestock area where he would feel more comfortable to roam. Dr. Norton sat on the floor with Sarge rubbing his belly, and told us not to feel rushed, ask as many questions as possible no matter how long it took. He made himself available to us 24/7 via phone (seriously, sometimes even at 8pm) and did extensive research to help us find the right balance of medication. He even worked with a pharmacy to get us the best price on prescriptions. Unfortunately after 3 years, the epilepsy took a toll on Sarge’s body and he suffered a cluster of Grand Mal seizures. Within days, we received a handwritten card signed by every staff member with their condolences. I simply cannot explain how grateful we were to have this team on our side guiding us through the process. Five stars doesn’t do them justice.

Cat Hospital of Collin County
600 E Bethany Dr B, AllenLogan was my heart and soul. Letting him go because of cancer was one of the worst days. The AEHNT staff and doctors were beyond amazing and caring to Logan and us during that difficult day.
We received a condolence card in the mail. When we picked up his ashes, we were also given his paw print, locks of his hair and his ashes in the sweetest box with his name plate.
Thank you AEHNT for the genuine kindness you gave us and especially gave to Logan.

1021 S Greenville Ave, AllenI had taken my dogs to get dental cleaning and the lady that was in the surgery office was very nice but I didn’t get her name. Later Nikki called me when to pick up my dog and she was wonderful too because my phone kept dropping the call and she suggested we text and it worked out great. The next day I called the vet to ask about dog food and Kelsey was very helpful on the phone and when I went to pick up some food. Very nice people!! Dr. Shiplov was very good also.

Lucas Veterinary Hospital
800 Country Club Rd, AllenI can't say enough good things about Lucas Vet. We recently adopted a BIG puppy from a shelter and quickly learned he was very sick. He had constant diarrhea all over the floors like something I have never seen, and we have adopted and fostered many dogs throughout the years. 3 days later my husband ended up in the emergency room very sick and ended up having to stay in the hospital for several days. I was at the end of my rope. I needed to be with my husband, but I had a very sick puppy that I could not leave in a crate with his tummy problems. I called a vet in the area who has a hospital and takes care of my cats. I told the front desk of our situation, but I felt they did not care and basically just blew me off. I was really disappointed. So then I called Lucas Vet, who has taken care of our dogs for many years, but I was unsure if they had overnight facilities. From the moment I called, they were so gracious and kind to me. Without hesitation they told me to bring the dog in and drop him off so I could get to the hospital, and in the meantime they would check out our puppy. To make a long story short, then kept my dog for 3 days and two night. It gave them time to assess the situation with my dog and calm down his stomach, but mostly it gave me the time I needed to take care of my husband and get him home. They are both home now, and they are both doing better. We could not be more grateful to Lucas Veterinary Hospital. They are truly angels on wings to us and they will be getting all of our business going forward. Their compassion in our time of need speaks for itself. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! .... P.S. Another bonus, you never have to wait for more than 5 minutes. They do not overbook, which we really appreciate. When you have anxious pets, this is a blessing.

This time I was in Dallas with my family for a quick trip but wanted a very authentic Tex Mex experience. Elizabeth our waitress made excellent food and drink recommendations. Food was exactly what I expected when wanting good TexMex. The fajitas were perfectly marinated and fresh and the cheese enchiladas were made exactly like my grandmother’s! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something authentic! I’ll definitely come back when I return to Dallas.
