“I love this location. They are busy so if you need a personal banker it's best to schedule a appointment online and you can make the most of your day. Everyone was pleasant. The lines are not as long since the location on beltline is back open. However on Saturday the second location is closed and it's a peak day for this location. They do offer Saturday appointments. Everyone seems willing to help you and took care of my financial needs. Great associates from my personal to my business. They also have a mortgage and investment specialist here. Love it! My neighborhood bank.”

“Overall i love Capital One Bank because of what they offer. I have the Capital One 360 checking account and i love it. There's no minimum nor monthly fees. Everything you need is either on the Capital One app or website. If you want checks you have to sign in online to get them. The first 50 checks are free and so is the shipping. I also have a Capital One credit card and i love it. If you have questions about your credit/ debit card you can call Capital One and i think they answer the phone seven days a week. Iv'e called on a Sunday and they answered the phone. Also the Capital One app tells you your credit score for free. The app even helps you locate nearby Capital One Banks. I go inside if i'm depositing a lot of money or withdrawing a lot of money. The bank tellers are fast and are very friendly. I love how they also have coin rolls. I save all my coins then deposit it in my bank account. It took me ten years to save $135 in coins. I put all that money in my bank account. I would recommend you open a Capital One Bank account because it's the best bank i know of. If you need help with anything banking or credit card related they are here to help you.”
