“Had a great experience today. Mielynn worked with us and explained everything about adjustable beds so we understood all the models and prices. We never felt pressure to purchase , she was just very informative. We left without buying because we had to talk about it. Mielynn sent me an email with a detailed list of what we wanted with the prices. After a few more questions then we were able to buy exactly why we wanted from over the phone and the comfort of our own home . It was a wonderful experience.”

She climbed a ladder to get to a lamp shade that we wanted, walked us through the store to help us purchase flatware, pillows and a fabulous leather chair. She was AWESOME! Great customer service! “Target refunded me. The reason I gave you a five is The tires are mislabeled. THEY ARE NOT 1/24 SCALE. Wouldn't have ordered them if they were labeled correctly. My invoice say ......1/24 scale they are not. Wasted our time and money.”

“I normally hate to go inside of a store and buy big items such as bed and mattresses. My fear is the salesman will be like a used car salesman very pushy, not listening to your needs, or desires like staying in the budget. However Kenny was very attentive, not pushy, and stuck within the budget that you gave and yet still tried to find you the best option. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour and very surprised, and relieved with the whole experience. I'm only doing four stars right now because I'm waiting to see how the whole delivery experience will go in a couple of days. I realized delivery is out of their control but still representative of mattress Firm. I would definitely recommend the store 100% to all my friends and family and I hardly ever do recommendations.”
