“We have had drainage issue in our backyard since we moved into our home 5 years ago. Blooming Colors came out, assessed the issues, and put together a plan.

We reviewed the plans, and they worked with together on our other us on any thoughts/suggestions. We agreed on the plan and the team came on schedule to start.

The team arrived on time and worked several days to complete. The team was very pleasant, and they were very detailed on the project from start to finish.

Actually, yesterday we had 3.95 inches of rain, and our backyard had zero issues!!!

“very friendly staff. plants are in great condition for the most part. they offer surprising guarantee in case you have any bad luck with the plants you buy there. haven't had to use it but they were quick to tell me about it. selection was good. found a plant that I had been looking for at several nurseries and couldn't find it before visiting. “I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”

“I wanted to share what a great experience I have been having lately at the Southlake Home Depot.

John, Chris, and Jackie helped me pick up supplies for my son’s birthday and they were fantastic. They took the time to walk through options with me and really made sure I found everything I needed. It was one of those experiences where you can tell people actually care about helping rather than just pointing you to an aisle.

I also have to thank Sandra for helping me with a mulch order when I was not able to pick it up on time because of my husband’s schedule. She handled everything so kindly and made what could have been a hassle incredibly easy.

I grew up here and have always shopped at Home Depot. In the past there were definitely times when you might have to wait a bit for help or track someone down if you needed something. It never bothered me much because I have always liked their selection better than other stores.

Lately though something has clearly changed. I cannot walk into the store without someone asking if I need help. The associates are friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful. It feels like people actually care about the customers and want to make sure you find what you need.

Whoever is leading that store right now is doing a great job. The difference in the level of service is noticeable and really appreciated.
