I believe his name was Rudy, he helped me pick out the key I wanted, I was looking for a tigger one and they didn’t have it up front but he found it. He went and found the one I wanted, he went out of his way even when I would have settled for another. Love this Ace and will be coming back.”

They were to great lengths to get me the best available price. When they were assembling my new vacuum they found a small flaw and ordered a replacement part before I picked up the equipment. I’m not sure I would have gone to the trouble but Lawn and Garden Warehouse did.”

“I rented a flatbed truck and we only needed it for 75 minutes which is about 24 dollars with tax. Checkout was quick they have you scan a link that had you take a selfie and a photo of your driver's license. Once complete they review the driver's license facts and get your insurance information. After that, you pay a 150 deposit and go and check the truck's gas and note any damages. The paperwork will say 4 hours automatically but will charge the 75-minute fee once it is brought back within that time limit. Because we were buying fence panels from there they let me reset my time once we were loaded up and leaving giving us plenty of time to go where we needed, unload, and bring it back. Make sure you refuel before you go the fee is about 3 times as much PER GALLON. Good luck!”

“I ordered a load of wood siding for delivery. One-third of the boards had holes unsuitable for use. The manager drove his personal vehicle to deliver the replacements (needed 9, he brought 10) which he personally inspected each one for holes and told me to keep the rejects that I tried to return to him to use as I saw fit. I don't often see that kind of customer service, but it was nice to see it is still being practiced today. Thank you, Sir!”
