“Josh Hurst helped out with purchasing some insoles. He approached us as soon as we entered the store, shook our hand and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and walked us around the store showing us multiple options. He showed us the machine for insoles and walked us through the process, letting us try the orthopedic insoles on. He upsold us a few products as well, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel like he was pushing us product, but trying to help us out. Never been in this store before but will definitely come back again. 10/10 service!”

“I stopped in with my sister because she had purchased some t-shirts online for my nephew. Immediately walking into the store we were greeted by staff. I’m sad I don’t remember all the names but multiple employees were talking to us. Nicole rang us up at the register. She was very interactive and social. I even asked one employee where she got her glasses from, and we just engaged in conversation. She even asked if I could try them on for a better visual but I had my contacts in so it wouldn’t have help! Haha. I appreciated the gesture.

Johnny told me they had them in the Dallas store and he could pick them up and bring them the next day. He made it happen and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
