“Always a go-to when I need last-minute baseball equipment for a good price. I usually get my son's baseball pants here when I need a clean pair for a upcoming tournament. The parking is sometimes hard to find but you can usually find one within walking distance. They also have items for football and softball. If you are looking for bats they have those as well. Selected cleats and turfs but they do have some.”

“I got an airmattres and a pump. The pump didn't work properly, so I exchanged it for another one. It's good to remember that if you don't keep your receipt, you will only be able to get cash for the lowest price the item has sold for. That means if it was on sale at some point, the lowest sale price is what you get. I didn't have my receipt. But you can exchange it.”
“Had to make a second trip to the store because I forgot to grab a backpack for one of my kids. Ended up being helped by the same young man as yesterday—slender guy with tattoos. Super impressed by how he handled a tough situation right before me. There was an elderly woman being pretty rude and impatient (totally not his fault), and he dealt with her with total grace and patience. Didn’t lose his cool once. That’s top-tier customer service right there. Young man deserves some recognition!”

“Idk why all the bad reviews, if yall broke just say that ?all the items are authentic and there’s literally over hundreds of memorabilia ,jerseys , plaque's, literally any sports merchandise for at least 70% of all American sports teams even hockey! (I can’t find hockey jerseys anywhere else in EP!) most authentic jerseys nowadays cost anywhere from 100$-350$ so the deals here are honestly fair, take your money to dhgate if you want to get a cheaper option but for me sports explosion always delivers and has what I need and I don’t mind paying the price at all for quality, thank you sports explosion for being in my opinion the best sports store in El Paso ?”

I found this location to be very well organized and not too overwhelming. If they didn't have what you were located King for the associates did not overdo looking for what you weren't looking for.
The prices on many brand names were okay, and some were not the most competitively priced. Thank Dicks for their DSG line, which is their in store brand and it is very competitive for quality and price.
Unfortunately, for a military city, Dicks here like other locations don't always have a discount for those who serve.
The staff was friendly and it was a pleasure to find things here that we were looking for. My daughter was happy with her cleats.

“Cashier was very helpful and saw that I was disabled and seeked electric moile cart for me to use and also when paying for items offered to apply for credit which I was approved - anothet employee help me check prices for shoes on sale and even took me to designated area to view more shoes on sale- the only suggestion is for business to have at leadt one more cart for disabled customers as had to wait 1/2 hr for cart to be available”

“Finish Line always has fresh kicks. They even stock Jordan's, which is a plus! The value is spot on as they often have sales and off military discount- always a bang for my buck. “Stars are for the 3 pairs of shoes I bought only went in for 1 but I couldn't help it being a fairly big white male I might say I was being descriminated against. Having plain clothed loss prevention follow me and stand right next to me as I find a size 11.5-12 hard to do at WSS. But. No line. “I was helped by Brianna and Priscilla. I tried returning old items for store credit past the return date so I was given store credit. My items were ordered in store but delivered to the wrong address after I asked the sales associate (an older woman) to double check the apartment number. I was originally being helped by a young girl but she stole the sale from her and then didn’t pay attention to any of my concerns. My package was returned to sender... Brianna and Priscilla helped me get in touch with the company so VS could reship my items to a new address. Very simple very easy. I was even given a $20 credit online. Thank you, girls. ❤️ If you want help, ask the younger girls.”

Everything is high-quality, and the prices are very reasonable, especially with the frequent military discounts.
