He definitely went above and beyond to keep me updated weekly via text, ensure all repairs were up to his standards and was very helpful at pick up with transferring car seats and answering questions and covering all the details that were repaired. Another part of my pleasant experience was Becca & Trinity at the front desk. Every time I called or walked in, they had a smile on their face, spoke with clarity and was very considerate. “My experience with Castillo's was amazing. I had just bought my car, less than two weeks later it starts acting up, so I brought it to Castillo's and right away they were on it. They let me know the next day just what the problem was and how much it was going to be to fix it. They let me pay half upfront and the other half after it was finished, and they kept me updated when a bolt broke and it would be a few more days before it was ready. The communication was very clear and everyone I spoke with was very kind and professional. Car problems are unfortunately inevitable so next time one of our cars are giving us trouble we will be coming back to Castillo's.”
“Hell yes!! I am so greatful for this business existing. If any of yall are upset with Firestone and looking around for a better place listen... this aint no fancy 5 star shop, with free coffee and a 6 hour wait time nah. These guys will jack up your car in front of you and fix your issue in 10 minutes or 20 minutes for new tires and have you off their lot and back home in bed or off to work in under 30 minutes. Yeah you're looking at the right place, bring cash preferably but they also take cards.
The only thing they did that I griped about was slightly over torqued my lug nuts with the impact. If thats the worst thing that can happen at a tire shop, Im calling that a pretty good day. So go to these guys and nowhere else. Bring them more money so they can grow into a nice business with a nice shop with a waiting room. They deserve it and if you go you will see why.”
