“First Time at this location in Killeen Tx. Store Manager Chris was knowledgeable and allowed us as a couple time to discuss. He opened a box for us to investigate a Couples toy more closely. Then he suggested we get signed up for the Rewards program.”
“Love the customer service display. There is a lot of colorful clothing & patterns which I truly love. Earthy. Holistic items. Incense. African inspired cloth. Crystals and stones. You just need to visit. Lots of unique pieces…. cool, comfortable items.”

“I assume she is a manager since she was alone but the girl manager is super nice. She explained different jeans to me and recommended a style of jean she thought my GF would like. I showed her a picture of the shoes I purchase for her and the manager created an outfit for her. She loved it. Definitely coming back.”

“They are great! This is a program for those who are approved to go there and get assistance with clothing needs for the whole family if they have a student in the Killeen Independent School District. It is ran on a volunteer basis and is open on Tues and Thurs. The hours are different each day. I believe when it is open, it's four hours each day. They also have toiletries and books. Sometimes they have small household goods also. People can donate items to them also.”

“First, I had a blast, it was a fun shopping experience. - everyone was so friendly and kind. I'm in a chair with my dog, and I'm independent enough but I so appreciated even customers asking me if I need help. Shout out to the lady who picked out the Ladies Church Friendsgiving dress cut in front to the belly. Im 62 and had working breasts! You tickled me. Second, the clothes on the racks were stylish, there were definitely class dresses; I liken the styles to clothes H&M. I love a discount and every mainstream store has the exact same tacky style, buying from the same distributors. So discount + style. And the boots I picked up - everyone noticed and complimented me and they were comfortable for 3 hours. I do walk a little. I know nothing of the business, if it is a franchise or corporate or DD herself runs it, but hats off! Next time I may check out hats I'm sure they won't disappoint.”

“I'm always nervous trying a new place. Nikki was highly recommended to me to fix my hair. I had previously been seeing someone who was over processing my hair, and it was really damaged. When I walked in I was instantly greeted and felt right at home minutes after meeting the ladies. My hair turned out perfect! The customer service is the best. Emily and Nikki made me feel comfortable and we're very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for the perfect place to get your hair done or facials to head to The Loft. You won't be disappointed.”

“Old Navy has always been one of my faves! As everything else, prices have gone up but they do run some great sales and their clothing still is of better quality than a lot of places. I’ve always been a fan of their jeans and they always carry a lot of styles and different washes to choose from. I especially like their dresses which, if you catch a sale, are more reasonable than most places.”

I was impressed buy the selection and the quality off the merchandise that was offered. The staff was friendly.I do think they may be a little understaffed but even with that obstacle the cashier was very friendly and did her best. I will definitely come back.”
“I would give the service technician five stars. David B was polite and efficient. Trying to get a hold of a person was basically impossible. You first have to call them and listen to the robot then you actually have to talk to the bot then you have to wait and see if someone is actually there. As a single, disabled woman, living alone, I have other questions besides when will the technician arrive.”
