A lot of times when I visit establishments the employees look pissed and they aren't being helpful; Aeropostale these employees were exemplary today and they really set the standard.”
“The B’s boutique has been a Pearland staple since I was a toddler! They have the cutest custom spirit tees for our local high schools and the most one of a kind collegiate tees. They also have so much Astros gear as well as Texans. I love The B’s because of their ability to fit all of our local favorites into the cutest store front with the best environment. “My partner and I were in a time crunch trying to find the right dress for her for our reception. I didnt catch the two young ladies names working there but I went between 1 and 2 pm on 11/19/25. We had found a nice dress but it had a stain on it. These two young ladies not only tried to get the stain out but also searched the system for a replacement at other locations - and offered a discount! Talk about customer service!!! They did it all with a smile and we never once felt we were putting them out, although we were in hindsight ?. We ultimately went with another option from another store but I had to document their kindness and impeccable customer service. We'll be back if we are ever in need of a quality dress with quality service ❤️.”
