“Candlewood is a great space for a few nights to a few weeks at a time. The kitchen is substantial with a frying pan, and two pots. The breakfast has good options, and they have now included a dinner social once a week. Every time I've stayed at the Candlewood, the fire alarm goes off. Classic!”

“Michael at the 592 Holiday Inn express on JBSA was absolutely phenomenal. Every time I came downstairs he would help me with snacks or he would say good morning or he would say good evening or whatever he did a lot of things to accommodate my stay. He even went out of his way to help me get a room at Powless house and accommodated my disability limitations. He probably is one of the best employees you have! However, I did enjoy Sandra with your maid service as well she was awesome too, but Michael really did help me out and he was great at customer service. I have worked at Disneyland, where you need to put on a happy face as much as you can he did not need to try. He was always happy with smiles on his face. I knew I didn't have to worry about anything when he was on his shift because he was top-notch! Thank you so much Holiday 592. You really have great employees!”

“I stayed at this hotel around August 2023, and I had an enjoyable experience.

The building is safe, the rooms had clean bed sheets and clean towels, and the A/C worked great. The sink was perfect for getting ready in the morning, and I used the kitchenette for my groceries during my weeks-long stay. The front-desk staff were very kind and the coffee served in the morning is convenient and not too bad. The washers and dryers came in handy during my stay, too.

Overall, a very safe, convenient, decent-quality good hotel.”
