“This hotel is excellent!! John at the front desk might be one of my favorite people I have ever met. I got myself in a pickle and he worked diligently to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. The rooms were nice, beds super comfy, and breakfast tasty. We have a few more trips to make out to the San Antonio area this summer and no matter the distance to where we are going (volleyball tournament, Sea World, Six Flags, etc.) we will stay at this Hampton location mostly because of John. He's retiring soon and we are sad because customer service like that is few and far between these days! Thank you Hampton and thank you John!!”

“We had a great stay and wanted to shout out a few team members who really made it special.
Sarai at check-in was awesome—super friendly and welcoming, and she made getting settled really easy after a long trip.
Diane in the breakfast area was fantastic too. Everything was clean and well-stocked, and she was so attentive and kind—it made breakfast a really pleasant part of the day. And the coffee was perfect :)
Shay at checkout made leaving smooth and easy, and was just as friendly and professional as everyone else on the team.
The room itself was very comfortable and spotless—I’ve added a couple of photos so you can see the bed area and the bathroom.
The service all around was excellent, and these three really made our stay memorable. I’d definitely come back here.

“We had our church retreat at T Bar M. Everything went smoothly. I liked that I was given a special phone number to call if we had any problems that happened, and when they did, they were handled very quickly. I highly recommend this place for a Church Retreat!”
“Room was clean and pretty good shape. Our family of five fit well in the twin queen, one room suite with the pull out couch. The beds were a bit worn with the firmness around the outside and a bowl in the middle that we rolled into. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and well maintained. We would go back next time we have an early flight out of SAT which is 15min away. Single elevator with door that closed too fast was a tiny annoyance.”

“I’ve stayed at my fair share of resorts but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review. The customer service here stands out. Kimberly and Daisy at the front desk went above and beyond for my wife and I. They simply made our trip feel special and memorable. We also had the pleasure of being waited on by Daniel at Cibolo moon, he was also outstanding. So personable. The golf and spa were obvious great, but the service was stellar and made the trip extra special.”

“I had a few non working items in my room that took a while to get repaired. The room was very comfortable and clean. I really liked the firmer feather free pillows. Good amount of lighting on the rooms as well. It is not a pedistrian friendly area other than being limited to a few places to eat. No walkable shopping. I would stay here again.”

“I stayed at this hotel around August 2023, and I had an enjoyable experience.
The building is safe, the rooms had clean bed sheets and clean towels, and the A/C worked great. The sink was perfect for getting ready in the morning, and I used the kitchenette for my groceries during my weeks-long stay. The front-desk staff were very kind and the coffee served in the morning is convenient and not too bad. The washers and dryers came in handy during my stay, too.
Overall, a very safe, convenient, decent-quality good hotel.”
“The room was nice and clean. The beds did move very easily. We needed the couch for the 5th person and it was not clear how this was to be done. The front desk didn't know but they did give us bedding to remedy the situation. Breakfast was okay.”

“I’ve been staying here for a few weeks before transitioning to my new place. Not the fanciest (it’s a motel), but the room is great for the price. It’s better than some of the other motel 6s and other low price hotels. The bed is comfortable. The room is extremely clean and there have been zero bugs. You can hear the noises from the I-35 when it’s busy. It’s been pretty full regarding occupancy, yet it’s still pretty quiet otherwise. Very pet friendly, too.”
“The room is alright, has everything we needed but there's not a lot of space- it's kind of small. The lady checking us in had just a little bit of an attitude but she was helpful. I like that it's quiet here and there's not a lot going on. At other hotels in this area, the people in other rooms tend to be out and about and wanting to talk to you, but I like to be left alone so I like how not much goes on here. Oh and the bathroom is pretty gross, not gonna lie. And the towels are stained.”

“Kids loved the room. TV with the Disney Channel... lots of other channels. Microwave small refrigerator, Clean room and clean bathroom with tub /shower. Lots of towels. Coffee available 24 hrs. Ice machine. Beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and super helpful. My wife and I will be back again. Window had a great view of the car a few feet away. An amazing value.”

“My husband and I live less than a mile away and have stayed here several times over the past 3 month. We are having repairs done to our duplex, most of it is plumbing. So when the shut the water off we head to Best Western. When I check in I'm welcomed with a smile, great attitude and never a crappy attitude. I'm usually tired, frustrated at the plumbing issues in my duplex but they always seem to get me to smile and even laugh. The rooms are very clean, this coming from someone with an Airline/Travel degree, beds comfortable, water hot and larger than normal flat screen tv(lots a good movie channels) For those who complain about this property, I challenge you to stay at other properties along I-35 within the same area for around the same price (motel 6,La Quinta, super 8,days inn etc) and I bet you won't find a cleaner room. Now, this property could use a few more washer/dryers(currently they have only 1 washer 1 dryer) buy food/snacks for your room before you check in(construction, one way access roads and traffic can make it confusing and difficult to come and go) they have 1 vending machine that's pretty pricey, the rooms have microwave, small fridge, ice bucket and cups but no coffee makers. It's a quite property with no trashy people hanging around. Excellent price!!”
“I’m surprised with the ratings of this hotel! I had an amazing experience and the front desk staff was so accommodating and polite. They truly made me feel appreciated for my Platinum status. The room was beautiful and very spacious! The pull out sofa was easily one of the better ones I’ve seen. I highly recommend!”

“Phenomenal staff and the place was wonderful as well! The rooms were spacious, the free breakfast was delicious and different each day, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly to me and my kiddos. The pool area was especially relaxing and was an excellent place to cool off while the kiddos played. Stayed for four nights while moving out of state and love the entire stay. Absolutely recommend.”
