“I stayed at their Hollering Pass for IFF and had an amazing time! Jenny is super accommodating and responsive. The house itself was also amazing. It had a hot tub, grill, two living rooms, everyone in the house had their own bathrooms, and was a great location. Never had any issues, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pit pad for their stay at Randolph!”

“We had our church retreat at T Bar M. Everything went smoothly. I liked that I was given a special phone number to call if we had any problems that happened, and when they did, they were handled very quickly. I highly recommend this place for a Church Retreat!”
“Room was clean and pretty good shape. Our family of five fit well in the twin queen, one room suite with the pull out couch. The beds were a bit worn with the firmness around the outside and a bowl in the middle that we rolled into. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and well maintained. We would go back next time we have an early flight out of SAT which is 15min away. Single elevator with door that closed too fast was a tiny annoyance.”

Sorry but for the price and location should not be that way. Guy at front counter was nice enough. Curtains from the backside view through windows are torn definitely should be replaced.”

“I’ve stayed at my fair share of resorts but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review. The customer service here stands out. Kimberly and Daisy at the front desk went above and beyond for my wife and I. They simply made our trip feel special and memorable. We also had the pleasure of being waited on by Daniel at Cibolo moon, he was also outstanding. So personable. The golf and spa were obvious great, but the service was stellar and made the trip extra special.”

“I had a few non working items in my room that took a while to get repaired. The room was very comfortable and clean. I really liked the firmer feather free pillows. Good amount of lighting on the rooms as well. It is not a pedistrian friendly area other than being limited to a few places to eat. No walkable shopping. I would stay here again.”

“I stayed at this hotel around August 2023, and I had an enjoyable experience.
The building is safe, the rooms had clean bed sheets and clean towels, and the A/C worked great. The sink was perfect for getting ready in the morning, and I used the kitchenette for my groceries during my weeks-long stay. The front-desk staff were very kind and the coffee served in the morning is convenient and not too bad. The washers and dryers came in handy during my stay, too.
Overall, a very safe, convenient, decent-quality good hotel.”

“I’ve been staying here for a few weeks before transitioning to my new place. Not the fanciest (it’s a motel), but the room is great for the price. It’s better than some of the other motel 6s and other low price hotels. The bed is comfortable. The room is extremely clean and there have been zero bugs. You can hear the noises from the I-35 when it’s busy. It’s been pretty full regarding occupancy, yet it’s still pretty quiet otherwise. Very pet friendly, too.”

“Booked at the last minute for just one night! The reviews did not lie: greeted warmly, the hotel staff is very friendly, the place is super clean, though dated. Of course, there's construction everywhere by the highway but surprisingly, we couldn't hear it in the room. There's plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, quick hwy access.”
“The room is alright, has everything we needed but there's not a lot of space- it's kind of small. The lady checking us in had just a little bit of an attitude but she was helpful. I like that it's quiet here and there's not a lot going on. At other hotels in this area, the people in other rooms tend to be out and about and wanting to talk to you, but I like to be left alone so I like how not much goes on here. Oh and the bathroom is pretty gross, not gonna lie. And the towels are stained.”

“It was clean and safe! And located near the venue and lots of food options. Parts of the hotel looked a little old but nothing terrible, especially for the price. The elevator on the first floor was broken which was not pleasant. I appreciated the daily housekeeping, I feel like that's less common nowadays. Solid stay, would stay again!”

“I have been coming to San Antonio to see my family and to enjoy the festivities on holidays and special events. Since Day 1 I have stayed here because it's close to downtown and of course my favorite Riverwalk and Alamo. The front desk staff are kind, courteous, and welcoming. This place is my 2nd home away from home. I love this location, the rooms are great, clean, and if anything is needed the front desk goes out of their way if possible. For these reasons I will definitely be back and look forward to it. VIVA FIESTA!!”

“The hotel seems new and so clean. Staff were great. We were nervous coming in since it’s off the feeder and lots of construction. But the hotel had security and the back of the hotel overlooked a golf course. We could swim and watch golfers and deer. Very peaceful.”
