I had a large amazon box that I needed help getting out of my trunk. I asked him if he could help me get it inside and without hesitation he came out and just carried it in himself! It saved my back, truly lol. He was a pleasure with that and other returns I had. I typically have a positive experience with UPS and their in-store staff, but this was the cherry on top! At the store I was missing a document and Taylor at the front desk was quick to print the missing document, notarize the application, and help me get it mailed. “For 2 years I have been receiving mail for my business, I have a virtual mail with this company: iPostal1, so every time I got mail, American Postal send me a pic of the package, or if I need to see my documents asap, they can scan and send them to me, and after that if I don't need them anymore I tell them to discard or shred them, very useful service that saves time, all excellent, Jeff, Landy, and all the team always very kind.

One of my favorite employees is Aliyah also.
