“I visited the UPS store at 8521 Blanco Road on July 2 for assistance redirecting a delivery. Ellie told me what needed to be done for that to happen. We were able to get the package redirected to this UPS store. (It was a time sensitive package, originally scheduled to be delivered to a business that was closed July 3 for the holiday.) Ellie was also working on July 3 when I picked up my package. Ellie was very helpful on both my visits tobthis UPS store! And she was efficient, friendly and professional. I am so very thankful for the helpful assistance and overall excellent service she provided!”

“5/5 Stars – By far the best UPS Store location in the area! While the entire staff here is always incredibly friendly and helpful, my experience is mostly with Tyler, who is an absolute asset to this store and an amazing employee. Every time I come in, he is ready to work, professional, and genuinely helpful.I regularly send my projects over by email, and he always ensures they are finished perfectly and completely on time. What really sets Tyler apart is his attention to detail, he catches the little things in my files that end up saving me time, money, and stress. He handles everything with a great attitude, even when the store gets busy. The whole team is great, but if you want your project handled right the first time, look for Tyler!”

14080 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio TX 78247
“Two packages to drop off for shipment. Google Maps listed two UPS stores nearby. Since I was going out to eat on Nacogdoches Rd after 1100am, took my packages to the Nacogdoches location for shipment which is only 2/10th of a mile farther. Although the Gen Z employee didnt smile, he was all business & efficient. Only one other customer was in store so there was no waiting time. Clerk verified my sender/receiver information, content of each package, how much insurance, & how they were to be sent. One package weighed almost 8 pounds. Paid $38 to transport both. In & out in a few minutes. Used their services in the past years to return or replace communications equipment.”
