“This rating and review are directly for the young man (didnt catch his name, but I think he was the only one there) who helped me yesterday (Aug 17th, just after 11am)! I had a large amazon box that I needed help getting out of my trunk. I asked him if he could help me get it inside and without hesitation he came out and just carried it in himself! It saved my back, truly lol. He was a pleasure with that and other returns I had. I typically have a positive experience with UPS and their in-store staff, but this was the cherry on top! Thank you again and give that young man a raise! ???”

“Staff is always friendly and there’s a few staff members who have been there so long that they recognize customers and ask how their families are. Prices are very reasonable and being a brand name in everything “mail/shipping/copies” is always a plus when you want to trust the place you do business with. I love that Amazon also allows for returns here because they have made some huge improvements to streamlining the process with a self-service station.”

“I stopped into The UPS Store and had the pleasure of working with Ned Jesse, and he made the entire experience quick and easy.
He was polite, professional, and prompt from the start. He handled my issue efficiently and got me back on my way without any delays. What stood out most was that he didn’t stop there. He also took the time to provide guidance on another situation I was dealing with, which ended up helping me more than I expected.
That level of awareness and willingness to help is rare and appreciated.

“Super easy process: called ahead to ask about notary prices since many are now 24 hour mobile services (which increases charge with travel fees), and Sharon was very helpful and said it's $10 per document. Came in and got out within about 5 minutes, both Sharon and the other worker very friendly and sweet. Cute little store, and supporting a smaller business. Win-win in my book. Would come again if needed :)”

“Dude. Hands down the best UPS experience I have ever had. Best customer service I have experienced in ANY establishment here in San Antonio EVER. Isaiah and Leo are seriously the 2 most positive, uplifting, hard working, courteous and patient workers I have EVER encountered!!! All while handling a full lobby of people I am genuinely blown away at their level of customer service under intense pressure and FAST SPEED! These guys are a dynamic duo lol I really hope corporate sees this review and recognizes them for their hard work! You can just tell that they take pride in their work and genuinely love their jobs. They should honestly be used as examples on a training video for corporate. They don’t even know I’m leaving this review, and I don’t leave reviews often but when I have such an incredible experience and witness two individuals going above and beyond for people around me it’s hard not to want to leave a review! I know these guys will go far in life, their positivity and kindness is infectious and has really inspired me and I’m certain they are turning people’s bad days into a good ones. “An Angel, by the name Jerri; helped me one day to print, notarize and send court documents that were life changing for me. Without her and all the services offered. I really don’t know what would have happened or who I could turn to without the services she offers. Jerri is such a blessing. Not only was she my saving grace in sending those documents. I am disabled. It is hard for me to climb in and out of my vehicle.

“I am a regular at this UPS store simply because the service is so wonderful and love the staff. The owners Renee and Susan put their heart and soul into their job. One of my favorite employees is Aliyah also. I often see clients give the staff a difficult time over Amazon returns and people just aren’t patient, don’t read the rules, and have no understanding of how Amazon handles returns. They are easy if you just follow the instructions. These ladies and gentlemen all work so hard to please. We have loved being regular customers and I have never had a bad experience. People don’t always like the corporate rules in place but these ladies here at this location work above and beyond to try to help if it’s at all in their ability. They bend over backwards ! Thank you for great service and always smiling!!!!”

“I rarely receive customer service that would prompt me to sit and write a review. However, this morning was an exception. Sometimes I return packages using Uber’s courier service and send the items to this UPS store located at 1801 Martin Luther King Drive. I have never encountered a problem with the service until today, Monday, December 22, 2025. I was returning a relatively expensive item, and the courier was unable to locate the UPS store here. The courier driver was having problems finding the store and called me to find directions. I called back and tried to direct the driver to the store, but she was still unable to find the store. We went back and forth, and I ended up getting disconnected from the courier service. I called the store and spoke with a UPS representative who stated that no one had come into the store to drop off a package. Minutes later, I received an email stating the package had been dropped off, but I was still unsure because the driver was so unaware of what she was doing to find the UPS store here. I called the UPS store here on Martin Luther and spoke with the same representative, by the name of Ms. Jackson, and she noted the UPS number and tried to retrieve some information about the drop-off noted. Ms. Jackson did not find any information in the UPS system about a drop-off at their location. Frustrated, I tried calling UBER and could not contact anyone directly to find out where my package was left. Minutes later, my phone rang, and it was UPS calling. Ms. Jackson informed me that she looked outside her store door and down the hall and saw that a package was left doors down from the UPS store. Ms. Jackson was calling to inform me that she had retrieved the package. I gave Ms. Jackson my information, and she validated that it was me, the nature of the package, and how to manage the package moving forward. The fact that Ms. Jackson was initiative-taking and went out of her way to look for the package and return a call to me was “fanatical” customer service. It meant more to me than she would ever know. Ms. Jackson was there to help with the issue at hand, and it was first-rate customer service. Appreciatively, D.”
