“I recently had repairs done to my vehicle where I had to use a rental for a little over a week. Joseph Simpson was my initial point of contact when I arrived, and he was so helpful. This was my first car rental, and he was so kind to answer the many questions I had. I was able to rent a black Hyundai Sonata. The vehicle was clean and easy to drive with no issues. When I arrived to return the rental, Joseph remembered my face and immediately helped me through the return process. I will definitely rent from this enterprise in the future, if necessary.”

“Just had my first experience with renting a car and let me say that Darion is amazing!!
He was the only one working at the front desk and quickly moved from customer to customer. He thoroughly walked me through my vehicle and clearly explained the process. The car was in mint condition. Smelled clean and for me that is very important. It shows how well they take care of their inventory. Big shout out to whoever details the vehicles ?
I also want to say how quickly they showed up to the collision center. The Hispanic young man was very polite and a true gentleman, he opened up my door and closed it for me.
When returning my rental, I needed to get a ride back to my home and although the young man could have said he needed to be heading home, he very politely offered to take me after his shift should have ended. Enterprise, please take care of these guys! They are the true definition of loyal and hardworking working people.”

“I recently rented an SUV from Enterprise for a 2 day road trip. They made it very easy. They picked me up from my home and took me to their branch .
The employees were very friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions.
The SUV was almost brand new, ran great on the highway and had all of the bells and whistles.
When I returned it, they processed everything quickly and gave me a ride back to my home.
I would recommend Enterprise to my family friends that need to rent a vehicle.
Enterprise will be my go to rental car company whenever I need to rent a car.”

“Rented a car from airport and drove over a piece of metal that caused air to start leaking from one tire. Called roadside assistance and they arranged a swap at the downtown Fort Worth, TX location a half mile away.
When I got to the location, they told me they didn't have any cars and that I should bring the car (still leaking air) to one of two recommended tire shops. I asked if I could do the swap at another Enterprise location and they gave me contact info for several but made no other efforts to help.
I stood outside and phoned another location and waited on hold again and again until a person finally told me they also had no cars. Called the Bryant Irvin location and finally found someone willing to help me: Nate.
Nate apologized for what had happened so far and told me it is not their policy to leave people essentially on their own like this. He sympathized with my situation and tried to call the downtown location to get the swap moved to them. He also checked with his manager several times while we tried to work this out.
This is when I learned that renting from the airport uses a different system than renting from a local branch and they would not be able to do the swap because roadside assistance had not sent the swap to their branch.
This is also when I learned that taking the car to a specific tire place would not cost me anything and that Enterprise would be billed directly (the downtown location did not tell me this).
I ended up putting on the temporary spare and driving to the tire shop where they were able to patch the tire in time for me to make my appointment. They didn't even ask my name and arranged it all with Enterprise.

“I was pleasantly surprised to see the car rental agents from Clifford street at the Hulen street store. GPS took me to the old location at the mall but I called the office number, spoke to LaGina and she helped me. I found the store and the process was smooth as butter. A young man walked around the car with me and I was on the road. If you’re looking for a no muss no fuss rental check them out.”

“Competitive prices. Easy to find coupons online. Online booking made it easy to choose a location and truck size. Pricing was transparent. At pick up I was given great customer service. The process was quick. I've used them many times and prefer them over uhaul mainly because of the budget pricing. Never had an issue, just make sure the truck is clean and gassed up when you return it. I feel people usually only have something to say when they have bad experiences so hopefully this review will improve the ratio.”

“Hertz gave us an electric cargo van in Denver. We were driving it to Fort Worth for a client. It was a complete nightmare. We had to stop every 120 miles to “fill up” which took over an hour each time. I called corporate to switch the cargo out for any gas vehicle once we got to Fort Worth, literally anything. We got to our hotel at 3:30 am and this location opened at 9 am. We were up to be at the location right at open to hopefully end this nightmare. 9 am on the dot Mia walked into our lives. Oh sweet, glorious Mia. Not only did she sympathize with our situation she went above and beyond to help us get out of this nightmare. She was so kind and when there were no cars to give us she found a car. Mia, you saved us and made such a horrible situation good. You deserve any and all good things.”
