“I could not of been more impressed with this business. The owner hand delivered the McLaren I ordered and went over the car in detail with me. Then we had a fun weekend in Dallas for the game. Then the owner came and got the car. It was a flawless transaction and they were very responsive and caring at every turn. Their pricing was right in line as well. I would say if you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place to go. What a great experience. Way better than any company I ever dealt with in Vegas to rent exotic cars.”

“Renting a car is about as exciting as buying a new microwave. But I had an excellent experience with Enterprise during a Texas road trip. Price beat competitors, for starters. But the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the wonderful employee at the El Paso airport who I met at 6:30 am and greeted me like I was royalty. He was so friendly and helpful, and also gave me some terrific insights into his city. He's just what customer service is all about. So shout out to the nice man whose name I don't know!”

“I really like this place. My mom was in an accident and her insurance would only cover $30 for a rental. When I've had rentals while my car was being worked on the Enterprise upgraded a vehicle at no extra charge. Well the Enterprise location at 300 West Loop 820 had no cars available for the $30 and the guy said he would not upgrade her rental to be covered by her insurance. What a really non customer service person he is. Wouldn't want him to help a senior citizen would we. But the gentleman and the Meacham location is helping my mom out. I hope good things come his way.”

“What a difference a few years make! The entire branch is remodeled & connected to ERAC car sales. My prior experience with this branch office was when it was inside of the car dealership next door. Fast & prompt service at this location. Ethan, who served me when I picked up and returned the rental was clearly knowledgeable and focused (I overheard him arranging a car for someone who'd had trouble with a competitor's rental and he was calm, efficient, and helpful).
