The staff was efficient, and my car was attended to quickly, which I greatly appreciated.However, I did encounter a minor issue. During the service, my dash camera was unplugged, which I discovered only after I was waiting for some paperwork. When I inquired, I was told that unplugging the dash camera is standard practice. This was a bit concerning for me, as my dash camera is an essential safety tool that records and maintains records of my journeys. It's never been turned off during servicing at other places, so finding it unplugged and not reconnected post-service was a bit unsettling.Overall, while I appreciate the swift and cost-effective service, I believe attention to such small details can enhance the customer experience. I would still recommend Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake but would advise them to consider the importance of such devices for their customers.”
