“I had an amazing experience here! I was really nervous I completely broke one of my keys in half and my laptop was getting very hot after only a few minutes of using. He was so friendly and helpful told me where to look for and cleaned my laptop and added cooling gel. I loved the results so much I brought my brother’s laptop in for cleaning too. Amazing prices too! He also popped in my key once it came in. 10/10 experience and will for sure be coming back ! :)”

“I have had amazing experiences with Elliot. He was super helpful, kind, and acknowledgeable. Anytime I go to this Best Buy I look for specifically him because he is the only one that seems to enjoy helping people. I was super confused on which charger I needed for my laptop since my old one was busted and Elliot didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing which one I needed. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and made sure I was taken care of. I really hope they give him a raise or at least some kudos.
