“This is my wife's favorite location. This one is larger than most with some extra variety not available in the smaller stores. The staff is friendly and seems to take more pride in the store as a whole. It's rarely unorganized and almost always very tidy, unlike some of the more understaffed stores. Well done.”
“I really enjoy the stores in this shopping plaza, they always seem cleaner than other places. This 5 Below did not disappoint with their vast selection of Halloween decorations. I was surprised at some of the prices, they were a lot higher than $5. Definitely watch what I am picking up in there now. Still compared to other places prices are a bit lower.”

“Wonderful thrift store! ♥️ The ladies who work there are volunteers from the church that runs the thrift store. All the proceeds go to many different charities chosen by the church. I highly recommend to both shop and donate ? there! Wonderful people!! God bless everyone involved!!”
“I love dollar tree stores but they are no longer $1.00. They have gone up to $1.25. And they have added merchandise that is above that price so maybe they should consider either changing their name or go back to being a dollar store. I love to purchase cleaning supplies and candy for my kids. The Halloween season is always fun for us and I buy bags and candy for my kids and their friends from school. Anyway, this store will always have good profit margins no matter what chaos is happening in our country. Happy shopping!

“Good things, a little in disarray and the store felt small but they had several things at great prices. I felt the clothes were a bit cheap and the price didn't deserve it. In the children's store. I didn't check the adults' and girls' stores. Good toys Lots of variety in cosmetics and personal care. Great variety of bags and wallets. Perfect for a little gift at a good price.”

“It was a standard, bit-cluttered Dollar Tree. Bathroom was low-end but decent and didn't require a key, which I appreciate.A clerk opened another register as there were probably five customers in line - that's a Positive.I have not before seen the PLUS aisle with $3 and $5 items. It is Good that they are pretty clearly marked.For a Dollar Tree, this is just what I expect”
“This location on Broadway is one I've been going to lately that is at least 10 miles from my house even though there is one about 3 miles away on Almeda-Genoa @ Cullen. This one isn't a sea of unopened boxes and haphazard disorganization. It's nicely stocked and staff was very friendly. I went yesterday and again today when I realized I did not buy enough of a particular container. Whole different staff member than yesterday, but still very friendly.”
“I love this particular Dollar General! They always have the best merchandise of all of the locations. Their home decor section is the best. They have a larger selection and you can find some really nice items with low prices! Nice, helpful, friendly staff too!”
“This store was extremely clean and all three ladies were super helpful. I went to this location after a terrible experience I had at the League City Pkwy location. My review for the is as follows: down the aisle where I was waiting and asked me if the young man had told me that they didn’t have it. I feel it was so quick that she didn’t look thoroughly, but that of course was an assumption. Then the two older women were having a conversation about “someone” told me they had inventory and twisted my words around because they clearly didn’t listen. The facial expressions they made were completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn’t hold back from pointing out their actions and behavior. One lady tried to apologize. She said she didn’t know I was talking to her and the other lady with the bandage on her wrist gave me the hand gesture as to shut me up. These women obviously take advantage of the young man on the register while they sit in the office complaining about the store instead of putting away inventory. Thankfully the 518 & 45 location had over 20 cartons. I purchased 4, but someone from Corporate needs to assess the League City Parkway location because that store is a mess! And those women complaining about the company probably need to retire.

“All of the employees and management here at this Dollar Tree are absolutely wonderful people. Love to shop here, great values. The store is clean and well organized. They just remodeled the landscaping and parking lot area. Beautiful new mural being artistically painted upon the side of the building. They are a wonderful part of the League City landscape. They are kind enough to allow me to park my semi truck there while I’m at home which allows me to visit their store on a fairly regular basis.”

“It's funny how Dollar General sells the same items, but each location has a slightly different layout. I'm fine with it because I enjoy visiting Dollar General. I don't know why my wife wanted to bypass two other locations and come to this one, but here we are. I do like visiting different locations to see if their location is different than others. My wife and granddaughter went in while I stayed in the vehicle. I did pop in momentarily to look around. They were definitely well stocked. Their store layout was mainly to the left while the other two that I frequent have layouts that are straight ahead. For me this also means that the checkout area is to the right while I'm used to them being to the left. The guy at the checkout was pretty cool and courteous. Now that I had the opportunity to get a look at the store, I headed back to the vehicle until my wife was finished.”

“I visited this Dollar General two days in a row and always visit here. Today, I met the manager, Regina, and a new employee Charmayne. Charmayne showed me to the area where I could get a basket while she organized sale items. When I was ready to purchase my items, she immediately stopped what she was doing and assured me of the pricing of all items I had in question. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest about what she knew and did not know. This is the type of authenticity that builds trust.
I complemented Regina on how well organized and clean the store always is everytime that I patron this business. Although this is not her scheduled day to work, she is here organizing, adding prices so that customers are aware of their clearance sale, and training and acknowledging the great work of her new employee Charmayne. This is servant leadership in progress. She is working alongside her teammates and demonstrating that she is willing to do what she asks them to do, while depmonstrating superb customer service on a day she isn't supposed to be there. She personally stopped her task to point out to me the items that were on sale so that I would have a chance to benefit from the sale! I ended up purchasing sale items in addition to the items I was there to purchase. This is excellent customer service and it is my hope that the leaders of Dollar General recognize the excellence in their store manager here at the Bailey location. This is the top of leadership that renders repeat customers, such as myself. Well done Regina and Charmayne. I look forward to encountering them both during my future shopping experiences here.”
