“The store and even the strip mall itself have seen better days--Lack of merchandise, shelves barely stocked, and yet STILL managed to feel cramped and short of space. That's quite the feat.The one saving grace was the staff, who seem to genuinely care and try to assist their customers. One associate (wish I had gotten her name) went out of her way to help me locate a particular item. The cashier (she wrote her name on the receipt and I can't read it) was friendly and professional, and was calm when the computer wouldn't accept my coupon and I was momentarily panicky.So, kudos to the employees (at least the two I dealt with), but there needs to be improvement (much, much, improvement) on product availability and presentation.”

“I picked up about $90 of helium balloons for my grandson’s birthday. They all escaped and blew away as I was trying to get them into my van. I was devastated. I called the store in tears, explained what had happened, and asked to reorder. The very nice young man I spoke to put me on hold, talked to the manager, and said they would replace all the balloons AND deliver them free of charge. Just amazing customer service and so very kind. Really saved the day. Can’t say enough good things about this store. I didn’t get the names of the manager or the young man but i will find out and let their upper management know what excellent employees they are!!!”

“I'm not sure why Once Upon a Child gets such bad reviews at every location I've been. Being able to get a closet full of baby clothes for $1.50 per onesie is awesome. Buying a ton of new baby clothes is absolutely useless being they will outgrow everything so fast. Having a place that sells clothes for the price they do is really great. I've been to a few locations across the US and I have no problem going back again when my son outgrows what we recently got him.”

“I was having difficulty finding travel sized items that I had missed while packing for a business trip. Joyce, Assistant?? Manager helped me find my items, was extremely friendly, and made suggestions for alternate items when I couldn't find exactly what I needed. I will shop here again.”

“Easy to drop off clothes and they are pretty quick in response. Though I was surprised they didn’t take some name brand items. I’ll definitely try again if we need to get rid of some clothes in the future.”
