“Love this gym! Been going to it for years. There are plenty of machines and I can go to the gym any hour of the day! The atmosphere is welcoming and plenty of space and equipment to do agility work.”
“Very clean! I’ll start off with that, cause it’s clean!
The weight/strength training area is tight! You’re going to be pretty close to being on top of one another. They have 2 benches available and when someone is on the leg press and you’re on the bench, there is limited walking space between your heads.
But since the members that go here are so great and respectful, they show patience and respect to others.
I would love to see a few more machines arrive here, but they just don’t have the room, and that’s ok.
I’ll be returning here when I’m in the area for work.”
“Great 6 wk challenge experience! It's such a great place for beginners who are intimidated by CrossFit. Great coaches are there every class to make sure we learn the exercises correctly, to prevent injury. The key to success is the diet plan they give you so that I know exactly what I need to lose weight... food type & portions. I'm ready for more”

They have a variety of Leagues to participate in for all ages and skill level. The coaches are truly there to help each one grow in their game. Great place to make friends!”

“If you’re reading this, just try a class! The first class is FREE (but, I’m sure you know that). I will say, as a gym rat for over 15 years, after you try the first class you should give Delta Life at least a month to really check it out. Every class is a different workout (some upper body, some lower body, some core/cardio) and every workout can be modified to where ever you are at in your fitness journey. Every instructor is helpful with showing the moves, keeping form, and most importantly - motivating!!! Oh, and there is child care! I’ve brought my two kiddos to a local spot here and they pushed them out the door before I could even ask about membership. Delta Life keeps a close eye on my kids, and my kids play with the other kiddos or watch a show. Everyone is happy when mama gets her workout in!!”
