She explained the entire shipping process to ensure I was confident that my blood would be sent off in time for my doctor! Within 15 minutes (I had the first appointment at 8:30) I was checked in, paid, blood drawn and walking out the door. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now! Christian works on Friday’s!”

“Everything went well at the clinic. I checked in and was called within 3-5 minutes of my arrival. The tech was good, not overly friendly, but friendly enough. She is a good phlebotomist; found a vein quickly and didn't hurt me at all. The only bad side to working with Quest is the lack of ability to reach a person to talk to. I called back to get the time of my appointment only to be transferred back and forth in the answering system where the only other option was to go to the website. No luck there either. All I wanted was to confirm my appointment time. I gave up and left early to get to the facility. As I stated, the in clinic service was fast and great; the phone service is lousy.”

“I recently visited this location and needed some additional help. There is no front desk employee so you must sign in through the tablets in the front lobby. Be aware that it is extremely cold in the lobby and the back rooms. If you have questions about anything, any of the employees will assist you when you are called back. The employees in the back are more than happy to assist you but you must check in first. I had a couple of issues that I needed assistance with but was not the fault of the facility but rather my doctor. I would definitely go to this location again. Dominique was the very best and took her time to help me out though everyone I interacted with was kind. Dominique was the one who went out of her way to help both of the days that I was there.”

“Made appt online. Easy parking as its located in a hospital complex. Checked in at the kiosk. Was roughly 6 others waiting. I was seen on time, they had my lab orders, everything went smoothly which is rarely the case these days at labs. Gia was my tech and she was friendly and personable. My only negative was the hand sanitizer at check in was empty. Its flu season so... otherwise, Great experience!”

“Had a great experience here. I had an appointment for 10:20am online, checked in at about 10:12am and was called at around 10:25am. They were very busy, but the process was smooth. The waiting area was clean and I like how the TV monitors show your place in line with your appointment so you can know if you are next or further down the list.I believe the phlebotomist's name was CJ who saw me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The lab draw went very smooth. He even informed me about how squeezing your fist during the draw could cause elevated potassium levels and to not do that, which I had no idea.I will definitely be returning to this Quest for any future routine lab draws.”
