She has helped me with getting numerous parts from there and she is so patient, she will help you until you are fully satisfied. “Fausto B. was our exceptional customer service representative today.
We visited Battery Plus to inquire about the necessity of a key programmer. I informed him that our vehicle was operating solely on the battery (keyless) due to an accidental disassembly of the fob, resulting in the loss of the programmer.
Fausto informed us that it was not feasible to drive the car without the key programmer, necessitating its presence within the vehicle. He diligently searched the interior of the car and successfully located the programmer, thereby avoiding a significant expense for us.
We highly recommend Battery Plus for their exceptional knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness.”

This location, however, didn’t have the battery needed to fulfill the warranty but he went above and beyond to find a location with the battery needed and that would honor my warranty. 10/10 appreciate Daniel and his honor and determination.”

“Ruben provided excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my experience a very pleasant one!
Anytime someone has car issues it is typically very stressful, but today was the exception with Ruben. He got me the right part, told me to bring the old one back for a refund, and I forgot to bring my receipt with the part, but he went the extra mile and pulled up a new receipt and refunded me for returning the old broken starter.
I will drive to this particular O'Reilly everytime!!

“I called and spoke with John about my key fob not working and got it replaced. Come to find out, my car battery had died from not turning off my brights on accident. John not only made sure I was ok, but came to my car to charge it and get it back up and running. He is very informative and has care for people!
