Most of my interactions have been good. But good luck getting a human to answer the phone at the branch!!

My visit to Chase Bank's drive-through for a simple money withdrawal turned awkward. After 10 minutes, they insisted I go inside to enter my PIN, defeating the drive-through's purpose and causing unnecessary inconvenience for customers. Unfortunate experience.

Showed up without an appt today for notary and to send a wire. Treated like I had a million dollars in the bank. I was in and out in under 20 min. Amazing customer service. Thank you Chase!
