“They are really good at greeting the customer when you walk in, but as far as asking if you need assistance on the sales floor, they could use some work. I spent an hour in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. I kept having to go up front and they would have 4 people standing up there just talking.”

“I keep saying this in my reviews, but it's true, I am new to the area and still trying to get established with my doctors, hair stylist, and nail salon. Well, Style House knocked it out of the park as far as my stylist goes. It's in an old converted house, which is also a boutique with very cute clothes, I just loved it! That whole area of town is really cool and once the road construction is completed, it will definitely be an area that I visit often. I went to Carissa and she was wonderful! We had great conversation, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and my hair looked beautiful when I left. I have already made my next appointment with her. She is also fairly new to town having moved here from Oklahoma and I highly recommend her!”

When it would've been easier to process the return and call it a day, a staff member took the time to call other stores to see if they had what I was looking for and other staff tried to see if there was anything they had in store was close to what I was wanting. She initiated a video call instantly and recorded our expectations and aptly showed the dresses and finally bought it in a day. (They're all gone now)As an educator of adults with disabilities, I LOVE how supportive this location's staff are of my students. We do work based learning here a few times a week and the kids always look forward to it. Angel and Jen always have work for them to do, and are so helpful. We love you guys!!”
“Had a great experience at the Express store in Stonebriar Mall! I was helped by a team member named Ash, and she was fantastic—super attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. She made great suggestions, checked in without being pushy, and made the whole shopping trip feel easy and enjoyable.
