Smooth and easy process. They're super helpful and friendly. Got my return dropped off here, got my label printed out for free if compared to UPS which charged me 2.44$ a day before just for a label printing. They even help taping my package more secure due to me taping it with duct tape. 5 stars for sure!!!

Not sure why these shipping places get such critical reviews. We went in needing to send out a package overnight and were helped quickly and professionally.
