“This business knows how to deliver customer service! I had an emergency situation happen and left an after hours message.To my surprise I got a call back but I missed the call. The owner left a detailed message with a perfect solution which he explained and had already taken care of without additional cost.
I mean the level of service is above and beyond is on another level. I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend!”

“My 7 year old said I needed to leave FedEx a 5 star review. So here I am. But, on a serious note, this location has always been awesome. Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

“I have had a mailbox box at this UPS Store for several years, and always had a good experience with this store. Gabe the Mgr. does a fantastic job training the new employees, who always say hello when people enter the store, and the franchise owner is periodically in the store working hard to make sure things are running smoothly. If you are looking for an extra Mailbox for your Small Business, need Copies, Notary Services or Mailing a Package, give this store a chance, they won't disappoint you.”

They work hard and did everything to make my purchase and requirements happen. It's not a Staples perfection store that charges double the price for everything. It's a warehouse and that's where you save your money. I would hire this manager in a flash. Just go with that in mind. Not glamorous place but very nice people who know what they are doing”

I emailed her the same day, and she got back to me first thing Monday morning. She truly listened to my concerns and assured me she would address the situation with her team. Ms. Bobbi is an absolute gem—she provides excellent customer service and is such a kind, beautiful soul. To be honest, she is the only reason I continue to use this specific UPS Store.
