Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!”

“I had a frustrating experience at this location on Saturday, January 10th, while trying to mail a package. However, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the store manager, Ms.Bobbi.
I emailed her the same day, and she got back to me first thing Monday morning. She truly listened to my concerns and assured me she would address the situation with her team. Ms. Bobbi is an absolute gem—she provides excellent customer service and is such a kind, beautiful soul. To be honest, she is the only reason I continue to use this specific UPS Store. Thank you, Ms. Bobbi, for your professionalism and for making things right.”
“Outstanding service! Ashley, the store manager, is truly the nicest human being I have met in a long time.
I came in with hundreds of documents to print, and the self-service printer was incredibly difficult to use, requiring me to print them one by one. To make matters worse, the machine ended up crashing on me mid-job. I was feeling so overwhelmed, but Ashley stepped in and completely saved the day.
She took matters into her own hands, personally helped me get everything printed, and made all the copies I needed. I cannot appreciate her enough for her patience, kindness, and incredible work ethic. I wish her nothing but the absolute best — she deserves all the good things in life! If you go to this location, Ashley is the absolute best.”

“Hector came through to do some repairs/replacement of our lobby wall vinyl that had some significant damage.
He set my expectation before install. He let me know due to imperfections in the drywall that I might need some weird textures after the install. He was very honest and clear about what he was able to do. And he did an amazing Job!
It came out way better than I thought it was. He was quick and efficient with his work and he was also very nice. Truly amazing service by a great guy. Communications from the company was great during the entire process as well!”
