“My husband has been training at RTG for 2 1/2 years, and I recently joined a few months ago, and training here has been life changing.

My husband has always disliked going to the generic, overpacked gyms in DFW, so he loves how intimate and personal RTG is. He is always looking forward to working out with Greg and Ryan 3x a week, and he has never felt healthier and stronger.

I have always been the type to go to Pilates and group workout classes, but ever since becoming pregnant, I wanted a workout program more tailored to my pregnancy journey. Greg created a personalized program that is continuously changing to match my pregnancy needs as my body is also changing. He even incorporated breathing exercises specifically for labor, which is above and beyond what I would get at any other gym.

We can’t recommend RTG enough. If you are looking for a new gym to begin your fitness journey, or if you want something more personalized that will meet your fitness needs, come visit Ryan and Greg. They will transform your mind and body, and you will be so glad that you came to RTG!”

“I'm a new member and have worked out the most with coach Lindsey - she's the best! Everyone at the box is friendly and hard working. I love how Lindsey and the other coaches offer feedback for form and scaling workouts. The workouts are as challenging as you want to make them, and are adapted to where you're at, keeping most of the focus on great form for newbies like me. I look forward to growing here!

Also, the gym is clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms. And I love that there's an easy to access water fountain for cups. The gear is also clean and organized - these are important to me - I love a clean gym! Definitely a great place to workout.”

“This location is fantastic! I am in town for a long weekend/ daughter’s soccer tournament. I have taken 2 of their classes (Erin and Matt). They were both great coaches- good voices, energy and cues! The staff up front were also very friendly. Their studio has good workout space. This is probably the 5th studio I have visited around the country, and the workout space is laid out great as well. I love OTF. Don’t hesitate to try this studio!”
