“We had a tremendous experience working with Trupti Jejurkar! She is friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all the products Bassett offers, and helped us choose 2 beautiful leather sofas that were customized perfectly for our space. Trupti has an excellent eye when it comes to choosing the right fabrics and offered several beautiful combinations. She also patiently worked through the process to get the best financing option in place for us and was able to walk us through the next steps needed to set up an account so that I was able to do that quickly after I left the showroom. Trupti also provided insightful recommendations about which of our existing furniture would look best with the new sofas. Our sofas just arrived, about 2 weeks earlier than we were expecting, which was great! The delivery process was easy, with plenty of advance notice and white glove service. The sofas are beautiful, even better than we had hoped! If you want quality furniture customizable to your taste and a helpful sales person who really listens to what you’re looking for, my husband, and I highly recommend Trupti and Bassett Furniture!”

“Products and help in the site were excellent. Delivery was horrible. If they deliver, please pay for installation. I didn't and they literally put it in front of my door and never knocked out rang the doorbell. Took the big entertainment shelf, put it on its side and put the rug in the grass and dirt and left. That was not good. I can't tank the store and delivery here, but again, ugh you buy then pay for installation so they don't just leave it”

“We bought 6 non backed gator skin stools and 6 amazing leather stools with gator backs. Before we settled on our final purchase we tried 3 styles out. All were real leather looked amazing and were beyond comfortable. We finally settled on the final product and returned the others. We even had the gator skin backed customization done. These stools are amazing and are worth every penny. Probably the best value we found in our renovation!!! Highly recommend. I researched thousands of options- kitchen is where people hang at get togethers and hence the importance of finding this kind of quality and look!!”
“Gerald at Sleep Number Frisco off 121 went above and beyond, both in the store and post sale. He listened to my wife and I and put us in our new favorite bed. Retiring my 10 year old Sleep Number bed, not because it wasn’t uncomfortable but it was time given all of the great features Gerald demonstrated.

“I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.
