“After bad customer service in the McKinney Hobby Lobby, we came to the Prosper location to buy a piece of furniture. The management was extremely helpful, unlike the McKinney store. We were referred to an assistant who not only discounted the piece, but personally loaded it into our SUV.

July helped me today, she cared, she was nice, she helped me look for one missing pillow, she smiled, she means amazing! And yes, after 17 years in USA, I accepted the credit card lol, Great service! “Not taking care of the customers. I have to leave from the store after staying in the line for 25 minutes. Only one cashier to help customers. Lots of employees walking around the store, not helping.”
