“Customer service was AMAZING!! I left something from pop mart inside and they even came out to give it to me after I left the store. My phone was acting up and I couldn't use rewards, so they helped me for 20 mins straight. They ALWAYS had a smile on their face.”
“I made a purchase online and recieved the wrong item and opted to return it to this location instead of shipping it back. When it would've been easier to process the return and call it a day, a staff member took the time to call other stores to see if they had what I was looking for and other staff tried to see if there was anything they had in store was close to what I was wanting. “While we Love box lunch for it's amazing variety of items (from clothing, to jewelry to backpack's.. etc). I feel surprised they do not carry Petite/XS sizes! Their small size fits like a medium and so on. Their variety of snacks it is fair, yet I do have to mentioned their prices might run a little higher than expected (considering you can find some of the merchandise at a more affordable price online)”
