When it would've been easier to process the return and call it a day, a staff member took the time to call other stores to see if they had what I was looking for and other staff tried to see if there was anything they had in store was close to what I was wanting. “While we Love box lunch for it's amazing variety of items (from clothing, to jewelry to backpack's.. etc). I feel surprised they do not carry Petite/XS sizes! Their small size fits like a medium and so on. Their variety of snacks it is fair, yet I do have to mentioned their prices might run a little higher than expected (considering you can find some of the merchandise at a more affordable price online)”

“My husband and I wondered on the store on a whim after walking around the mall during our anniversary stay-cation. As a plus sized girl, shopping can be discouraging for me. Cesar was AMAZING! He helped me find my 2 new favorite pair of jeans, was patient and extremely kind! He even helped my hubs find a great pair of jeans sizes DOWN from what he thought he was! He was shocked and feeling himself! Def recommend this brand and Cesar!”

(They're all gone now)As an educator of adults with disabilities, I LOVE how supportive this location's staff are of my students. We do work based learning here a few times a week and the kids always look forward to it. Angel and Jen always have work for them to do, and are so helpful. We love you guys!!”

“There is a significant sale at H&M in Stonebriar Mall, with discounts available in various sections of the store. However, be prepared to spend some time in line for the fitting rooms and at the cashier, as the queues can extend close to the store entrance.”
“Amazing location at the mall the workers are always busy talking about their own stuff and I didn’t get greeted when I was walking in like other shoe stores like champs but overall I give it a four because the staff was nice and one more thing that I got hat that said it was $25 but they charge me$35 for it and I was like why did they charge me for it? They were like oh sorry maybe somebody didn’t change the price for it so I told them I was still going to write a google review. But overall experience was good 4/5 stars”
