“10/10! I was blown away from start to finish with my entire loan application- process. First time home buyer- Chad walked me through every step, what each number means and broke down every disclosure form for me to understand, other companies did not. My process was a little tricky as my job/ pay breakdown isn't a conventional pay breakdown and hard to understand for underwriter process. I actually started off with a different company and having to go through underwriting for over three weeks all of the back and fourth and the uncertainty if my loan was going to fall out, I started looking at other lenders and companies. I came across Chad and the Eagle Mortgage Company and he was able to get me through underwriting and processed my loan within two days and was able to finish the whole loan process within less than a week. I was impressed with the assertiveness, great communication with me in where we are at in the process of things, how kind hearted and genuine these people are. I would not look anywhere else if you are in the market to buy a home or refinance. Plus - the rates where by far the best with Chad compared to the competitors out there. Very satisfied and definitely will continue to do business with Chad.”
